I can definitely recommend this hotel.Our room looked really nice, just my style, and it was very clean. It’s only a few minutes' walk to Europa-Park. The breakfast was tasty with a good selection. The staff was friendly.

We stayed at the Hayat Sky Hotel for one night and were very satisfied.It's true that the windows in room 104 start to tarnish in the morning, but we didn't find this to be a problem. The room was very clean, nicely decorated and the TV worked perfectly.The staff at reception and in the restaurant were very friendly and helpful.The hotel/restaurant was also very nicely decorated and the food was very tasty!Overall, highly recommended.

Location is great, 35 minutes walk to Europapark. Friendly people. The rooms are super nice. The only thing that bothered us is that in the morning there was a huge puddle of water on the floor near the window because it was super humid, or it leaked a lot. No problem for us because we both slept very well.

The hotel is very modern and pleasantly furnished, super friendly staff both at the reception and in the restaurant. In my opinion the price of €15 for breakfast is reasonable and not too high. The hotel room is very nicely furnished and is completely sufficient for a short vacation of up to 4 days. Maybe a picture on the wall would have been missing, but otherwise there is nothing to complain about except for the window being too small and the limited possibilities to ventilate the room. All in all an 8/10 wish the team the best and successful years

Location 25 minutes walk to the main entrance of Europa-Park. The house has just opened, so there are still construction sites, but we didn't notice anything about it because we were in Europa Park all day. Hopefully the parking situation will be even better with the underground car park. Room was very spacious and nicely decorated. A mirror outside the bathroom would make the room perfect. Staff super friendly. The in-house restaurant/bar Fenix is also recommended.

The hotel is in a great location, we received a friendly welcome and the rooms are beautifully modern but still comfortable. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired, there is something for everyone. We ourselves were without children, but we were able to observe that children are very welcome. We'll be back. Thanks

Very modern hotel right next to Europa Park!You can walk to the main entrance to Europa Park in 15 minutes and there are buses that go there directly in front of the door. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and always helpful. Check-in is only at 3 p.m., but you can get in earlier for an additional charge.The hotel can be really great if a few little things (which make it inconvenient) are changed.Here are a few suggestions:- unfortunately we didn't have room service (but we got a new room and breakfast for free)- the bathroom is modern, but after showering the entire floor is under water, the hairdryer has a very short cable and is placed too far away from the mirror, the sink is too small to put your things down, there is no soap dish, that's why The sink was always dirty, the underfloor heating didn't work so it was always cold in the room- There are only two hangers in the room even though it is a room for 4 people, the heating didn't work, there was no proper wardrobe, we had to take out the garbage ourselves because there was only a small cosmetic trash can, the coffee machine makes too much coffee for the cups, so we had to sip the coffee from the saucer, there were hardly any power sockets either there was a cozy light on the bed or a full cell phone, the phone was on the already small bedside table which meant that there was actually no space left on the tableWe therefore consider price performance to be expandable!

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. But that was enough for us. There are a lot of little things that make us not stay here again.- No single beds- No connecting rooms- Mold/mildew on the walls- Coffee cups too small for the capacity- No big mirror in the room- No trash can- No closet- Only one socket by the bed. Either light or a full battery.- Breakfast is not worth €18- foggy windows in the morning- Only 2 hangers for a family room- Little storage space in the bathroom- The entire bathroom is flooded with water when showering- Everything is very noisy. We even heard the printer at reception in our room.- The refrigerator has to be turned off at night because it is very loud- Underfloor heating in the bathroom does not work- Air conditioning cover missing- No matter where you look, there are construction defects everywhereAll in all, the hotel looks like it was ordered on Temu. There are really a lot of things missing for this price.

First of all, all in all a solid new hotel, but with a lot of potential for improvement.When you enter the room you stumble over what I think is the luggage rack.We simply pushed these further towards the room so that we could easily go to the bathroom.But don't worry, it will be ostentatiously put back in its original place the next day. Very dear.The mattresses are really super comfortable, I've rarely slept so well.That the bed linen was fresh. The hotel proved that the whole ceiling was still damp.The coffee machine in the room is a real plus and is rare.So in the morning you have life at the limit because the cups provided are too small and initially overflow.A kick to wake up.If you have some trash in your room, it's best to take it with you yourself if it doesn't fit in the cosmetic bin in the bathroom. There is no other trash can in the room.Speaking of the bathroom.The colorful black toilet managed to flush down the two-layer toilet paper even after the 5th time.If this doesn't work, you can use the elegant Ikea brush, which even has the remains of the previous brush hanging on it.Also worth mentioning is the refrigerator, which is really great, especially in summer. Once you get to a certain age you hardly hear it at night.We were able to really enjoy the view of the Europa Park hotel opposite and through the floor-to-ceiling windows in our room on the ground floor everyone can watch as I enjoy the view or as the gardener does his work in front of my window.
