This year in July we stayed in the house at Schwielochsee for a week. The location is great, only about five minutes to the beach. There is also a snack bar there. The rooms and the furnishings urgently need a general overhaul. The furniture, especially mattresses and bedding, are old and need to be replaced. A basic cleaning of all rooms, especially the kitchen including the oven, would also be appropriate. Bicycle rental was advertised in advance. However, these were broken and unusable. There was a table tennis table and a barbecue area. We used both, there's nothing to complain about here.Conclusion: Great location, 5 minutes to the beach, about 20 minutes on foot to the town with shops and restaurants. Facilities and general cleanliness with room for improvement.

The house was great, there was a trampoline in the garden, a small playground, and a table tennis table. The apartment also had everything you needed. However, we had a pretty hot week (great for swimming) and only one bedroom had mosquito nets on the window, which made it difficult to cool down at night... (balcony apartment)

Spent 4 nights in the balcony apartment. Unfortunately, at the beginning we had a bad smell, but the landlord sorted it out. The apartment is superbly equipped. There was already coffee powder and tea in the kitchen, which is rare. The kitchen was equipped with all the necessary kitchen appliances. In front of the house there is a children's playground, the ladder is outdated and there is a trampoline and a table tennis table. I have to say that it's ok for families but for people who want peace and quiet they should look for something else. The managers had heard the trampling of the upper tenants into the night. But otherwise the place is very central for planning trips to the surrounding area.

If we're honest, we expected more for the price. Beds were a crawl. But some people like to sleep extremely hard, others don't. A matter of taste. But kitchen cabinets broken. Then the door falls. Mirror cabinet has no function. Neither the light nor the socket works. There is a lot of mold on the ceiling above the shower and then it leaks. Remote control was completely stuck. But if you know that the landlord has a plumbing business, you can clearly see that they want to make money quickly and the guest is very far behind. I think otherwise you wouldn't find a bathroom like this. A pity. But first but also last time here.

We spent the turn of the year 2017/18 here. It is a very beautiful area for hiking, and there are plenty of tourist destinations nearby, even in winter. The apartment was very nicely furnished, a few little things such as not enough crockery, cutlery and the somewhat noisy construction did not harm the holiday experience. We would be happy to book here again at any time.

We were able to spend 7 days in the Staude family's holiday home. For this time we booked for 2 people and were informed about the accommodation in advance by email with pictures. This was “downstairs” in the basement. The accommodation is great. Clean, modern... We were always able to talk to our hosts if we had any questions, they were always friendly and accommodating! Thank you very much.
