We booked spontaneously and were really looking forward to it because the pictures online looked great. But unfortunately it wasn't quite as nice as in the photos. All the toys were there, but they were very old and some of them were broken. E.g. Unfortunately, table tennis rackets and billiard rackets were no longer the best. Should be replaced. Unfortunately, you didn't feel welcome, but rather like a nuisance. The horses were the best thing on the farm for our daughter. We still had a nice vacation but not through the yard. Oh yes and unfortunately there is no baby (toddler) swing available.

We visited Ferienhof Frey in 2015 for 8 days with two small children. Before that, we looked online for a place to stay that also offers something for children and in which adults also feel comfortable. Unfortunately, this was only partially achieved, although the website is generally designed to be appealing for families with children. Unfortunately, the toys seem to be "grabbed" to the children, some of them are broken and very old. We - the parents - have noticed what the children don't care about. It would simply have a better external impact if some things were exchanged for something new.All in all, we had 8 pleasant days, but we missed a certain willingness and joy, including with the children, for example to explain something about the animals, cleaning, riding, etc. That's why it's actually only 2.5 stars, which unfortunately I can't adjust.Next year we will probably look for another place to stay.

We have enjoyed coming to Ferienhof Frey for many years and look forward to it every year. There are many small and large animals on the farm (including cats, goats, guinea pigs and of course ponies) that you can pet. You can also ride the ponies. The quietly located farm near St. Peter Ording simply offers plenty of relaxation. You can also plan many day trips from here.

Now under new management. Despite pre-booking last year, you were supposed to receive a message in December, but there was no confirmation or message. After calling in January, they were succinctly told that it would not be rented this year due to renovations. Now we have big problems getting appropriate apartments. The other landlords didn't wait for us. Bad start for the new owner. We won't book there again.

We stayed here over the weekend and can only recommend it. Some of the horses and animals run freely on the farm. This is very good for children.

Cozy atmosphere, nice operator, cuddly animals.The apartments are adequately furnished, which is just right if you travel a lot and are only there in the evenings. However, if you expect luxury, you are in the wrong place.
