We just came in for diner. Outside was full. We asked about the winesoup and the sauerkraut soup, and the chef(the woman of the couple) starting talking about what was noticebly her passion. And boy...she can cook! 'Simple' food generally, except: we weren't hungry because i would have loved tasting the locally shot wild boar gulash with spätzle. We can recommend her sauerkraut soup, and the creamcheese with herbs she makes fresh...awesome! Baked potatoes were also really tastefull. We had a red whine which was okay...too young for our taste. The whole atmosphere inside and outside was unmistakenly authentic german weinstube! Can't be disappointed if you enjoy a meal here 👍🏻

It's always worth waiting around 30 minutes before the restaurant opens, as all tables will quickly be occupied since you can't make a reservation. The service is more than friendly and helpful throughout. The food comes very quickly, is prepared with a lot of love and heart by the owner of the house, and the taste is simply unique. The wines are also excellent. The price-performance ratio is more than excellent, you have to look for quality like this at these prices. There were four of us there and would like to thank you again for the lovely evening there. We'll definitely come back.
