Very clean and comfortable room. Staff were so lovely and helpful. Would return anytime! Cooked breakfast such good value for money!||The car park online said it was charged at £3 per night but we were told there would be no charge.||Great location if you're thinking of visiting the harry potter studios! Only a 7 minute drive away.

Very good, lovely staff on arrival was met and greeted, restaurant was rather quite so may have been closed? Not sure room very clean. But unsure on water there, made a tea and tasted very funny wouldn’t drink again & bring your own toothpaste! But all good otherwise

Staff are lovely and friendly. Breakfast was nice. The rooms could do with a freshen up/ new paint but they are comfortable and have aircon which is always nice. The roads around are a bit hectic, busy and the roads aren't marked out well . But over all good.

Stayed overnight as we were heading to Harry Potter Studios. Comfortable room. So glad we had a fan in the room as a heatwave in the UK was killing me. Slept as well as we usually do in a strange bed and that is a good result. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful in the morning. Good start to the day. We always try to find a Premier inn to stay in when we travel and that will continue.
