We had a lovely stay in his great central location! The staff were very kind, helpful, and generous even when we came down for breakfast a little late. Our room was cozy and had everything we needed for a few days exploring London. The lounge was a nice place to relax during a quiet evening.

Rooms are very cleverly designed - think "if ikea did hotel rooms" ||We used this as purely a bed for the night, so basics were good. There is no privacy in the bathroom be warned lol! If you have mobility issues, the small rooms are not suitable. Location is marvellous for exploring London. Staff were lovely.

I regularly stay at the Goodge Street premier hub on business and on my most recent stay I accidentally left a valued piece of jewellery in my room that has great personal significance. …

Our stay at the Premier Inn Hub (Goodge Street) was pretty basic.||Simple, straight forward check in. Room small and bed not too comfortable but adequate for our brief stay. …

The room had a few stains on the carpet, bits of flaking wallpaper. The shower was the highlight for me, let down when the water was off in the morning! There were only a few channels on the tv.Staff were brilliant, breakfast was brilliant too. Tube station around the corner was closed, so alittle walk down the road. Enjoyed our stay overall, would stop again

This hotel is fab. The staff were the most accommodating I’ve ever experienced in London. Henry in particular went above and beyond to make my stay extra special. The hotel is clean, rooms are cosy. People who complain about it being too compact have missed the point, it’s literally in the name, it’s a hub style hotel, so perfect for short stays, either for business and/ leisure. Centrally located so perfect for exploring town. I loved it, so I will most definitely be back. Thank you team!!!!

It was okay. The AC does not work well at all and the room became incredibly hot. It was hard to sleep at night.Secondly, there is no privacy for the bathrooms. It is simply slightly frosted glass. Not conducive for traveling with someone else.Another thing is the dust! There is so much white dust in these rooms. My headphone case had a thick layer after 5 days here. The floor and were clothes are all covered in it.Also to note, there is a large homeless camp outside. The positives are the location- it is excellent. Very close walk to the under ground. However, I would not stay here again.

My daughter and her friend from France are sitting in the lobby for hours because they now need my wife to arrive in order to be let into the room they’ve paid for. These are 17 year old girls who have done nothing wrong apart from being 17, yet the staff are refusing to let them into their room which has been paid.Good way to protect two young girls in LondonPremier Inn. As long as you get your money.
