We had a fantastic trip to London and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Hilton docklands. All staff here go above and beyond. Would like to say a special thankyou to Dean and Mohammed, with helping with disability needs. …

I stayed as a solo traveller for 2 nights. The staff were friendly and the room was warm, comfortable and well equipped, albeit to a fairly basic level. There was tea and coffee in the room. …

I am a Hilton Gold member and have consistently stayed at Hilton hotels during my vacations. Although the hotel is a bit old, the room I received was newly furnished and spacious, especially for London standards. The breakfast was excellent and above average compared to competitors. The service was also fantastic—everyone was polite and went out of their way to offer assistance. For example, when I needed directions, a staff member personally walked me to the lobby map to explain the best routes. The location is a bit far from central London, about 45 minutes by bus and underground. However, given the value, I would stay here again.

I recently have to stay here for a Business Conference and I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel as it definitely punches above its weight.Although it is on the South side of the river, the hotel provides a free ferry pass to cross the river to Canary Wharf Pier anytime you want. Their is an underground station just next to Pier as wellFood and Service was quite good and rooms were spacious than you would expect in London. The staff also tried their best to accommodate our requests.I will definitely revisit this for any future visits.

Hotel location and style is unique and I loved staying there and would love to again. That said, too many issues to honestly score this higher. Service was mixed at best. Good service at the bar and also at breakfast. Unfortunately a real lack of service and information at reception. No cookie, no drink vouchers, nothing at all. Even talking to us seemed too much trouble as the receptionist was more focused on other things. We were paying for the ferry throughout since nobody told us we didn’t need to. Housekeeping insufficient. Room was dusty and had spiders and cobwebs throughout. One particularly fine example photographed was right next to my pillow. At towel change we were left one bath towel between two people.

Loved staying at Double tree. The room was spacious and clean and the housekeeping did a great job cleaning it whenever we needed. The breakfast spread was diverse and of good taste and quality. Staff was friendly especially Breakfast manager Vasimin was amazing and very professional. They had halal options at breakfast which was very convenient for us. Having the facility of ferry was cherry on top.The only issue encountered was spider in our room which was dealt with by management.

Such a great location with their own ferry service across the Thames to Canary Wharf (free for guests) and buses to the closest tube stations from right outside the hotel. The rooms are decent. We got a king size room. No view. Bathrooms are tiny and we had trouble with slow drains in the sink and bathtub... I guess some maintenance is due.Staff were courteous but didn't go out of their way to be nice. I really felt they could be more friendly and hospitable.

Very special hotel located on the riverside. Take the ferry across the water to arrive in style via the hotel's own jetty. Fantastic rooms, service and amenities. Highly recommend the breakfast options as everything is lovely no matter what your taste. The views due to the location are fantastic. Anywhere else in London expect the drone of cars and people, but here you are just far enough from the noise to relax.
