There were rats in my room. I wasn't going to leave a bad review as its an old building and it is a cheap hotel. But I wanted to leave early given there were rats in my room... the management refused to give me a partial refund. Implying that I was lying about the rats, even though each night they were scuttling around the floor of my room.Do not stay here.

Really pleasantly suprised, I was worried due some of the poor reviews. Very happy with the service, and the place was in a great condition. We had a twin room with a shared toilet. When I've previously stayed in hotels with shared toilets they were grubby cubicle bathrooms with wet rooms but this was an actual private toilet with a spacious bath and shower. The beds were comfy, good lighting etc and nice staff.Really great value for money, especially considering the area is so close to transport connections and tourist sights. We are planning on staying again in the future.

I’ve stayed here for one night. I had a really difficult situation and needed a hotel at 1am, Berkeley Court Hotel was the closest one. When I came there was a reception guy who didn’t understand my booking confirmation and it took really long time to check in. When I’ve asked about option with a late check out, he said that I can’t do that cause it will cost 20 pounds 🤨 (like I can afford it, man). However, the room was clean and nice. The shower has cold/warm/hot water, maybe commentators here just didn’t know how to turn it in a right way 🧐 The night and surprisingly morning were really quiet. When I was clocking out, there was a really nice woman, Kyishma. She was kind and helpful ♥️ I wish I could check in when she was there. The location is great, the bus stops and Hyde Park are near the hotel. I would recommend this place and definitely will come back for this price.

cheap, clean cheerful. Good staff and great location. They had just finished putting in new carpet on the day I was checking out. Staff was there 24 hours so i could check in at 1:30am after my flight got delayed so that was helpful. For £65 in central london it was the cheapest in the area by a large margin.

Very minimalist room but it was clean and the service is really excellent. Afzal especially made sure we had an fantastic stay. Helped us with everything we asked regardless of the time of day. REALLY appreciated the umbrella as it was pouring a lot. Water pressure was also great and lots of hot water. Quiet neighbourhood made sure sleeping in the daytime was easy too 😅.Oh and the neighbourhood is so safe! Walked around a lot in the middle of the night because of jetlag and I feel sad leaving! Especially because food in the area is delicious! There’s an ice cream place open till 3am and 24hr Egyptian restaurant has great lamb and countless Lebanese restaurants that are affordable and so yummy (they were all less than a 4 min walk). It’s not glamourous but for the price it’s definitely worth it.

Location is very accessible . Polite and friendly staff. Lot of takeaways and restaurants just right on the high street. Rooms are nice and tidy . Definitely recommend. Worth booking the stay with the price point. Dessert shop on the neighbourhood is interesting.

Me and my sister stayed 2 nights. And we won't be returning. First of all, the staff seemed friendly, but the rooms were very unclean. The shower way too hot, bath tub leaking and very dirty, we turned on the TV just to find it smashed up, the bedding stained, toilet seat unclean I gave it a wipe myself and dirt lifted off, the room and bathroom could do with a deep clean, very dusty which affected my lungs (I have asthma)Too overpriced for what it isWaited 15 min at reception to hand my keys, no one showed up, called the number they have on Google, it said not valid, found a different number and someone picked up saying to just leave the keys there ?However, it is in a good location

The reception guy was very welcoming,no lift, they gave us the 4th floor room so we had to pick our luggage all the way up to the room, was way too exhausting. We couldn't keep the luggage in the hotel either.
