As seen in the attached photos, the hotel was awful. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a corridor with no carpet. The lock on the door was not secure, and the batteries were held in on the back using sellotape. The room was unbearably hot as there was no ventilation (including in the bathroom!)The Room:There was a generator or similar machine just outside of the window running 24/7; because there was no ventilation, we were forced to keep the windows open at all times, making it impossible to sleep due to the noise. In addition, the paint was peeling off the walls, and the kettle was broken. The hairdryer provided had a wire so short it would not stretch to use the mirror. Pillows were lumpy, and the bed linen was stained and scratchy. The Bathroom:Mould was everywhere, and what looked like a bleach stain in the basin. The sink, shower, and toilet didn't drain properly; I had to turn the shower on and off while using it to avoid overflowing. As there was no ventilation, condensation built up on the mouldy ceiling and fell as the room cooled, creating a slip hazard.

The room was clearly recently refurbished, which was a nice touch. However, having suck a thick carpet feels a bit antiquated for 2024, and the fact that there was no AC is concerning - it was May, so not particularly hot, but I could see …

Location A+. Literally next door to the Borough tube station and 2 or 3 bus stops a few feet away too. There is construction going on inside the hotel (at least there was on our particular floor). Didn’t bother us at all. Was not loud, didn’t impede access to our room and we had no issues with us. The progress looks great! Our room was one with a private bathroom. The room was small and quant and very nice. The advertisement for the room said there was an iron and ironing board but we couldn’t find one. A quick visit to the front desk and there was one waiting by for us when we arrived back later that afternoon.Really good service, location and staff very friendly. Definitely will stay there again!

Positive: The Hotel is in a central location and the hotel is next to the Borough’s underground station so its no big deal to reach any sight. I stayed for 5 days in June this year. The bed was comfortable and the staff was kind.Negative: The room is very small and I heard some loud noises in the night from an air conditioner. The toilet was clean enough to be used but it could be better.

This hotel was amazing for my mother and I as I was moving into my university Accomodation. The staff was extremely helpful and comprehensive. Especially to help us store our luggage. The room was very clean. A very special thank you to Deborah who helped us navigate the neighborhood and more. Deborah was hardworking and kind to us and always professional.Thank you for our stay!

It was a good stay overall. The place was clean. The room was a bit small but big enough to be ok for a few days. The bathroom was nice (we got the private bathroom option), and the shower pressure was excellent. There is no AC, just a fan, which worked well for us because it wasn't very hot. It is right next to a subway station, so that is a big plus. The thing we didn’t like is that on the last day of our stay we were using the common workspace and the receptionist told us that we couldn't use it since it wasn't meant for the clients staying, only for workers. I'm not sure what workers she meant, but we left. So, I guess there is some false advertising about this place because on their booking page, it says we are able to do so. I'm not really sure why it says we can use it if we can't really. I bet that a lot of people book this place with the idea of working from there. So if that's what you have in mind, then book somewhere else. Other than that, it is a pretty good deal in the center of London
