The price was too good to be true, we got in the room and it was smaller than a kids bedroom. 2 bunk beds, yes that’s for the adults as-well. The room stunk so badly and the sewage came up the shower drain. …

Fab location, 2 min walk to the centre of town. Rooms clean, friendly and helpful staff. Only downfall is the other guests being loud at night, saying that staff were very quick trying to get it stopped.

Can't fault the service here ... the owners were very accommodating and would do anything for u .... but the rooms are way too small .. we had to move a small chest of drawers just so the kids could get off the bunk beds safely. Trying too fit 2 sets of bunk beds in a room less than 12ft across isn't gd especially as one set is a 3/4 bottom bunk .. and then theirs the toilet .. to get into the toilet u had to squeeze and I mean squeeze ur way past the 3/4 bunk bed ... they're was less than a 3ft gap to get into the smallest bathroom I've ever saw .. it was that tight a squeeze I cut my stomach on the metal piece we're the door lock goes into ... also as the room was that small there was only 3 very small sets of drawers .. u couldn't fit ur clothes in so ur bags r in the way ....Also the radiator u can't control the heat urself ...it was on for hrs meaning the room was roasting making it very uncomfortable. .. couldn't watch the TV from all beds bcoz it situated in a corner u couldn't see it from ... ( would have been better placed b4 the toilet door on the wall their ) .. found rubbish and ciggy filter from wat can only make out was previous guest ... Was told their would be a full English breakfast... then wen we got their was informed any form of breakfast was not available. ... no parking even tho was informed you can pay for it ... had to park in a car park ...

Parking was a couple streets away for £10… not the end of the world….|The room was basic but freezing, heating didn’t work. No hot water in the room, mould in bathroom, toilet seat was broken. Made memories and funny conversations… that’s about it.||Staff were friendly

Pulled up here to be greeted by what I can only describe as a cast member of the hills have eyes.He couldn't string a sentence together, had his eyes closed and was swaying side to side I'm assuming he was off his face. Travelling 2.5 hours to be told our room wasn't ready and that the parking we'd paid for wasn't available either and to go up road and pay there aswell. The bloke hadn't washed or slept in how long, wore a fire themed shirt dirty stained and ripped grandad trousers I honestly cannot describe it properly.I was calling the owner and she wasn't answering either, safe to say there was no way we were going to let the children stay there, there's a good chance this bloke who greeted us would of been peering over us in our sleep! Scary!Whilst waiting another guest shot down in a hurry saying his wife had gone into labour so he had to get to her fast, followed closely by another woman who clearly wasn't his wife, classy! 🤣We managed to get in with queens Manor 10 minutes away, that was exceptional.Steer clear of this dingy run down drug den !!

We were met at the door and given our key. I enquired about breakfast to be told they had stoped doing them. We got to the room which was very small and dated. The tv did not work and there were holes filled in everywhere. There was no hot water in the shower and the bed was very uncomfortable.
