I was a lone female traveller and the man on check in stated my room number out loud to a lobby full of people. I was also assigned a room on the ground floor, right on the Main Street. I was uncomfortable with both so I asked the man if he was able to switch my room, he told me there was nothing available. On getting into the room, there were stains all over the base of the bed and hair in the shower and on the floor of the bathroom. The space was fine although for £180, which is what I paid for the night, it was incredibly basic. Kettle & ironing board were provided. There was no safe so I had to carry all my valuables with me at all times as I had heard that many rooms on the ground floor had been broken into. I did not have any issues with it myself, however, I did not want to run the risk.As stated before, I was assigned a ground floor room on the Main Street. The noise from the traffic and passersby outside was incredibly loud. It was very difficult to get any sleep at all. The sound proofing in the room was non existent. The location of the hotel is incredibly convenient as it is 1 minute walk from Euston station and a 7 minute walk from St Pancras, however, this was the only pro and I will absolutely not be staying here again.I have never been so turned off by a stay in any location.

Fabulous! Stayed here last minute just for one night after having an awful experience in the Premier Inn around the corner. Staff were lovely from the get go, room was a decent size and had air conditioning which was perfect for the weather. Drinks available from the small bar downstairs and reception were happy to keep our bags in storage for us while we kept exploring after check out. All areas of the hotel were clean and well kept, really good value for money overall. Would recommend!

This hotel ticks all the boxes on 5 stars for Location, Customer Service and cleanliness of the room. However it's that noisy you just can't sleep at all.I stayed 2nd floor over the last 2 nights and the room rumbles loudly every 5 minutes with buses and trucks passing.I hate to think how loud it would be on the 1st floor.

I use this hotel every time I stay in London for work. It can be noisy from the traffic around the hotel otherwise it's clean and tidy and does the job for an overnight stay.I'm not a fan of the food at this hotel.Central location only a short walk from Regent Park and Camden.Good food choices in close proximity along with both Euston and Kings Cross Train Stations for most arterial routes or tubes.

The staff were super welcoming, polite and helpful. The room (24) was lovely and quiet, it was clean and the bed was comfortable. The air-conditioning was fantastic and blasted cold air whenever I needed it. Kettle with PG tips and Nescafe in the room. The breakfast each morning was lovely and cook well. 1 thing I would like to suggest is the dining room opening times be posted in reception or on the door daily as it changes weekdays/weekends/bank holidays. The location was right opposite Euston train and underground station and bus stands which was extremely handy for getting around. I highly recommend this hotel.

My daughter and I stayed here for one night. The rooms were clean, breakfast was OK and all the staff were so helpful. I am not sure of one of the ladies but the other lady was called Naz, we had a lovely conversation and she helped me with my directions. The location is perfect as it is just over the road from Euston Station and up the road from Euston Square Station which will take you pretty much anywhere you need to go. Thank you and we will be back again soon.

If you stay here, ask for a room at the back of the building. The noise in my 1st floor room facing the street was really bad.I actually had to check that the window was l closed because I could even hear people talking as they walked past and the buses driving past was constant. The location is convenient and the staff were lovely checking me in. The room was clean and had everything I needed. Sadly I have never stayed anywhere so noisey from street noise, better sound proofing is a must for central London at £140 a night without breakfast.

The hotel is conveniently situated opposite Euston station, the tube and bus stops. There are a couple of pubs, eateries, shops and a stasher locker in close proximity. The hotel staff were superb and you couldn't ask for better service. They offered me a room on the ground floor on the quiet side due to my back and sleep problems. The room was lovely and clean and even though basic had everything we needed. The room had air con but we also required a fan which we collected from reception. There is fresh water at the reception desk which you can help yourself too and also a vending machine. Our key cards stopped working at one point but we just swapped them for another one which wasn't a problem at all.For such a great location and the price you pay I would highly recommend this hotel.

Perfect location for our needs and very helpful to be able to book early check-in and late checkout. Lovely breakfast too, although the beans were pushed the corner and not labeled so we missed them. Biggest issue was the room key cards.....we had multiple cards that wouldn't work. Reception staff were very helpful in issuing new ones/apologising but it was a real pain.

Great location, right across the street from Euston station (so to be expected, lots of noise from buses and taxis) and only a 5-10 mins walk from St Pancras/Kings Cross stations.Room was comfortable with all amenities you’d need. Having air conditioning in a UK hotel room is a blessing in itself! All of the staff we interacted with were amazing. Very friendly and no ask was too big. After a 30hour trip from Australia, they went out of their way to arrange a room for an earlier check in, with space to store our luggage in the meantime. Would stay here again!
