Tiny rooms lacking basic amenities. Like a working iron and ironing board.1 working lift,no phones in room.Unresponsive reception staff .If your are desperate to stay, as the rate is good, be prepared for poor service and mechanical difficulties .Lm yhe other hand if yiuvate a plane enthusiast. It's invthe flight path of most planes landing at Heathrow so good views

Very good value for money. Despite the proximity to the airport/flight path you can barely hear the planes flying right overhead. Room was clean and large, reception was friendly and always staffed. Less than 10min taxi to terminal 2 (cost £15). Only thing that lost it a star was the quality of the burger I had in the restaurant. Would stay here again for convenience/price.

Lovely new Super Rooms at great value especially Sundays and Mondays. The SuperRooms were located on a separate floor, the fifth, which is a lot more quiet that the ones below with regular rooms. But overall, having tried several floors and rooms, the hotel is very quiet and I never had problems sleeping in there myself. Also very comfortable beds and spacious sound proofed rooms.Lovely staff and they would go out of their way to accommodate you even at impossible hours of night! In the mornings at breakfast and up until checkout time at noon, the stuff get a bit busy as they multitask (reception and restaurant) and seem to be in need of extra hands sometimes. All in all, I definitely recommend this hotel and not for the value for money but for comfortable, clean, big rooms and good staff

For a hotel in this category I rate 5stars.The customer rep did upgrade the room which was nice.so it gave my cat more room to roam around. The £18 a day parking is reduced to £12 per day for staying guests.Room was 5th floor working AC . Good strong shower, clean bedding, nice selection of coffees with machine. Overall a good sleep and a nice stay only downside for me is toilet paper is worse than a service stationsAnd the lights , however should be dimable. The bulbs clearly aren't

For a moderate hotel near an airport, it was good. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean. The hallways were little smelly, but the rooms were fine.. if you're just looking for a place to stay before an early flight, it is absolutely fine. They have a bar and restaurant on the first floor near reception so at least gives you something to do. If you are a diva about hotels however, this will not be the hotel for you.

Stayed here for two nights also paid for the unlimited breakfast; which was nice - something to wake you up in the morning! Lovely hotel, friendly staff always happy to help, housekeeping polite and the shower and toilets were very clean. The room was nice and warm when we got in. Easy parking only £8 for 24hrs good rates. Overall a fantastic stay. Only downfall is the room could do with a mini fridge.

We were put in the wrong room initially, there was no hair dryer, no kettle and no iron. There was at least 2 electric heaters even if 1 was broken and there was no plugs to power them. The staff were nice enough and got us into the correct room the following morning and gave us a refund, albeit an evoucher for travelodge. The new room was much nicer though still lacked the extra pillows or coffee machine instructions that were promised. Don't bother with the unlimited breakfast, after the first plate I wasn't inspired to eat any more there. The price was excellent, but not the bargain I thought I'd got - moral of the story is you get what you pay for and if you're looking for luxury, look elsewhere.

I was looking for somewhere cheap and close to Terminal 3 long stay parking. This was perfect for it.Due to an accident Southbound on the M6 around Stoke we arrived very late about 00:45. Still parking spaces. Room was in good condition. The hotel looked clean and bright throughout. We were in the bar area for breakfast. Staff regularly Cleaning up. Self serve food fine. The room was bright and had a couple of TVs with the news on. Plenty of windows too.For a cheap night, I'd stay here again. Exactly what you'd expect.

Generally pretty good. Handy location near the airport with lots of parking. Nice room with a comfy bed. Friendly staff. Problems with parking - machine would not accept any cards and only one towel provided which was annoying. Would stay again however.
