Terrible experience. This hotel’s management seems solely focused on profit, disregarding basic hygiene and cleanliness. Rooms were far from the standards advertised, with visible issues that raised serious health concerns for my family, including an asthmatic member. Despite the condition and our valid concerns, they refused any refund or assistance. It’s clear they prioritize money over guest safety. Avoid this place at all costs if you value your health and peace of mind

Room was clean enough. Great shower. Good tv. A kettle and tea facilities. Lack of basic furniture, cheap fixtures and the matress was extremely thin - could feel springs. Basic place to stay in quiet area within reach of parks and transport. Very much a budget pick and you get what you pay for. Did the job.

Absolutely appalling. This hotel’s management is shamelessly focused on taking your money, ignoring basic hygiene and guest safety. The rooms were nothing like advertised—filthy, poorly maintained, and genuinely hazardous. Go check TripAdvisor; reviews mention rats, mold, and other serious health issues that put anyone, especially families, at risk. Despite these dangers, they refuse any refund, dismissing our valid concerns even when life is at stake. They have zero regard for guests' well-being. Avoid this place at all costs—don’t let them put your health and safety on the line just to get your payment. @Agoda you really need to respect your customers more

Absolutely horrendous experience. This hotel only cares about getting your money, with zero regard for hygiene or safety. The rooms are nothing like advertised—filthy, with reports on TripAdvisor of rats, mold, and serious health hazards. Families beware: this is not a safe place, especially if health is a concern. Despite these life-threatening risks, they refuse refunds or even acknowledgment of the issues. @Agoda, this is unacceptable! Avoid this place at all costs—don’t let them endanger your well-being for profit

In a nice area of London and central. Unbeatable price of £40 for a private room with en suite. The room itself was tiny, the window didn't lock and the bathroom smelt of damp. You need to check out by 11:00. Someone hammered on my door at 9:40 to remind me. This did not go down well as I had been working the night before and got to sleep at 04:30.

I just cannot believe this hotel has 2/5. It cannot be possible. Booked 3 nights last week in a ground floor. Stayed one and went to a Premier Inn which was cheaper. Absolutely disgraceful property. …

Good location, nice, quiet and safe neighbourhood. Everything else is horrible: old, musty, rat poison on every corner. Dirty old carpets. No reception staff for several hours every day. Towel changes only every 3 days.No elevator - my room was on the 4th floor and I had two suitcases - terrible experience.Cannot and will not recommend to anyone. Avoid at all costs.

This trip was atrocious. The receptionist was extremely rude and ignored us when we greeted them. There were bugs and insects crawling around the room and there were blood stains on the mattresses. The room was scorching hot and felt like a sauna. To make things worse we had to share a broken fan between 4 people and 2 floors. The wifi was horrible and was impossible to make calls and browse the Internet . Even worse, the curtains we cut in half, exposing you to the public street.

Awful room. We left within an hour of being allocated our room. There was rat and pest poison in the corners of the room. The window did not fully close which probably allowed pests to enter. The door had a huge gap underneath it to allow pests in. The stairway had completely loose carpet which someone is inevitably going to fall down at some point. The bathroom absolutely stunk. There were large stains all over the walls in the room. The guy and the front desk was friendly but it was clear it was not his fault and nothing he could do. I sent the management a message on WhatsApp as they told us to do. They replied and said we could leave and book another hotel, and we could email in to discuss getting a refund as we could not stay there. They do not respond to any emails once we left. Absolutely terrible and a scam. Avoid at all costs until they try to make this a safe and hygienic hotel. 0 stars would be preferable. If health and safety visited this i could imagine it might get closed down.

The worst hotel we have ever been in. We tried to get the keycode and at first it did not work. It did in the end but I wish it hadn't. …
