The place is quite okay , the room is a little bit small for two people but the price is pretty good. Not so far from metro station. Which you can take the U-train to reach the down town . The receptionist Ulvi is a very friendly , humble , helpful person I ever met . We had a good conversation and treated me like an old friend .

I stayed for two nights while at a work conference. I slept very well both nights. The room was clean and comfortable and very reasonably priced. I was a bit worried abour the shared bathroom but it was fine. I would stay again. The staff were friendly.

Room was fine, good location however biggest issue was that around 1am whilst we were asleep (we are two young girls on our own) a male staff member got into our room despite it being locked, not only terrifying us but waking us up and …

Very good for the price. The rooms were nice, shared bathroom was pretty clean. The doors were thin so you could hear pretty well to the other rooms and the corridor, though it didn't bother me. The doors were also loud when opened and closed. Staff was very welcoming and hospitable. Special thanks to Ulvi and the other guy who checked us in. The location was great with a short walk to Stepney green and Bethnal green underground stations.

Pros:Good value for money for a single room with such a location. Location is great with easy access to the main tourist spots and train station via tube. But there is no elevator or escalator in the nearest station so could be a bit tricky if you have a large luggage. There are supermarkets near the tube station so you can get what you need easily.Cons:The neighborhood is considered a bit sketchy by my local friends so I would not recommend it to solo travelers who love night life. The shared bathroom does not separate shower and toilet so you have to wait even if you just need to use one of the facilities. There is only one hairdryer in the shared bathroom so you need to share it as well.Room and waste bin was cleaned only once during my 5-night stay.Meh:I guess I checked in outside normal hours (after 6pm) so there was no staff stationed in the hostel and I waited for like 45mins before getting to my room. You have to pay £50 as deposit by cash or card upon check-in. You can get the cash back at check out right away but the staff won't be there by 10am so if you have a train/plane to catch in the morning, you can only choose to pay by card. And if you pay by card, the refund may take a few weeks to process.

When we arrived, room smelled like chlorine, so I tried to air the room, but when I open the window, it was very noisy from the street and people where smoking. Moreover room looked much better in the internet than in reality. Pillows where so high, that I wasn't able to sleep on it.
