A friend and I stayed here two years ago on our first trip to London, and didn't even consider staying anywhere else for this trip! We asked for our same snug room on the top floor, that has a single bed and double bed. …

A Hidden Gem in the Heart of LondonIf you're looking for a charming, authentic British experience in the heart of London, look no further than this quaint, family-run B&B.This well-established B&B has been lovingly run by the same family for years, and their experience shines through in every detail. Yes, it's small, but that's part of its charm, and let's be honest, many places in London are! The limited number of rooms enhances the intimate, welcoming atmosphere, and the lovely owners go out of their way to make you feel like part of the family. The location is perfect, within easy walking distance of many major attractions. And when you return after a day of sightseeing, you'll be greeted with thoughtful touches like snacks for breakfast and attentive service. It's these little things that make all the difference.I can't recommend this B&B highly enough. It may be small, but it's big on charm, hospitality, and that quintessential British experience. I've stayed here multiple times, and always leave with brilliant memories of London.

Room was small, but clean. We spent very little time in the room and it was perfect to rest and recover after a long day of sight seeing. We really liked that the hotel was located on a quiet street and was very close to to Victoria station. Can't beat the price and location for your stay in London.

Please stay at this exceptional family-owned hotel for your visit to London. The location was perfect for public transit and walking to many major landmarks. We stayed for a week in 2022 and I will never forget our experience. Not only was each member of the Patel family delightful, but they went out of their way to help me surprise my partner with flowers before our arrival by recommending florists, accepting the delivery, and placing them in our room. They were accommodating of the time difference in the U.S., and I was able to book on the phone. The room was small but affordable, and exactly what we needed to adventure during the day and crash at night. If I ever make it back to London, this hotel will be my first stop.

This hotel has the best location! Close to the Victoria underground, train station and coach station. Great neighborhood and walking distance to other tourist attractions. The owners are helpful, welcoming and available. …

Neha is a delight. As the other reviews and the website state the rooms are small, but clean. We were only in our room to sleep and get ready for the day. …

We will try a different hotel next time in London. We stayed for 4 nights. Staff was friendly and pleasant. Cost for a triple was 170 Pounds per night in May 2024. I think this might be the Rick Steve's effect. This is labeled as a budget hotel in his guides. When I asked about Laundry, I was told it was 30 Pounds per load, cash only. I am guessing they do not want to pay the VAT.I realize London is expensive, but do not feel that we got a good value for our money. Other small touches were that they did not replace our soap, which was so tiny, it was gone within a day. This bar of soap has got to retail for less than a quarter. Also, the water was very difficult to keep in the small shower. Therefore our bathmat was soaked every day. The sign said to leave the towels on the floor that you wanted replaced. We got our bathmat replaced one time. The other time we left it on the floor, it was folded, still very wet. Not replaced. This is a small thing, but for the money we spent there, I felt this was a slight, although a minor one.

Nice small place on a quiet street right around the corner from Victoria Station. Recommended. Family that runs it is next door, always available, and kind. Note: you will need to call in advance to reserve (no online reservations) and leave your credit card information.

A quaint and quintessentially London hotel. The owners/proprietors are lovely people. Quiet location, very close to Victoria station. I knew going in that the rooms were very small, and that there wasn't an elevator. That was all fine. The stairs are narrow and steep which gave my new bionic knees a workout! So, be warned the hotel is absolutely not accessible for mobility challenges. I needed laundry looked after & it does say on the website they could do a drop off service. Was told no, but a laundromat was a 20 minute walk away. Also bring your own toiletries, including hand soap, as none is provided, nor washcloths.I was grateful for the fruit and granola bars and juice in the mornings. I would stay there again, because I now know exactly what to expect!

I was in London for only about 18 hours and needed to leave early in the morning from Victoria Station. My room at the Cherry Court Hotel was small (fine for me, would have been challenging for two people) and clean and quiet. …
