I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. I had to find a place in London in the middle of the night after checking into an Airbnb in the neighborhood that was absolutely terrible. Staff let me into the hotel at 2 am and gave me a very reasonable rate for my two night stay. The room was spacious, clean, and had a large bathroom with a shower and an entryway with extra seating. My room was refreshed when I was out for the day. Every staff member I encountered was wonderful and helpful. I really appreciate them accommodating me in the middle of the night and providing a great stay for a great rate. I would definitely stay here again on a future visit to London.

This hotel is great value for money considering the location. Rooms are spacious and clean with all the facilities you would expect although the room was very hot. Gentle rumble of the tube trains in the background. Reception staff are helpful. Only thing affecting my guest experience is the inadequate breakfast - it would probably be better not to offer anything!

Great location, nicely decorated little hotel. Nice sized room, happy with the two twin beds. Appreciated the breakfast but was hoping for a bit more. The staff was very helpful allowing us to store our luggage before and after our stay.

Hotel Location was good. Staff in the hotel was terrible have no sense of customer service.I was visiting with my son(4 year old) and i booked and paid in full in advance for two adults as i wanted a reasonable sized room, when i arrived at hotel i mentioned my husband will be there last night (tentatively). On the day we were out all day and came at 11:50 pm, staff named Anna called me and asked me to come out right away where as it was pretty late and i was trying to settle my son to sleep. she called me to reception told that my visitor (husband) needs to leave hotel now. I told her whatever additional cost that has incurred which it shouldn't i can clear in the morning she wont budge and kept harrasing me until i left and went back to room. Also if you are charging me extra where is the bigger room, you should have moved me there? all rooms are more or less same size they would just add an extra bed and make it more cluttered, kids under 5 are not even charged at most of the places even then i booked and paid for 2 adults and you kept causing trouble.Next morning other staff was there, i explained him and said i will pay off extra £50 when im checking out but he held me there and ran to my room to check my luggage. I am not sure what kind of people stay in this hotel and run away but your staff has clearly showed you are a 1 star hotel. All the reviewers are poor tourists and they don't probably know that this kind of behaviour is unacceptable in UK.Also they have a constant rumbling noise due to tube line under the, in the room with no ventilation ( which i didn't complain about ) but as the business they should clearly mention the restrictions due to the location.THis is was most pathetic stay in London and it wasn't cheap i have paid 800 + extra 50 for 4 nights for the worst possible service. Please avoid this hotel at all cost and know you can find better places around for cheaper price and better service. Also i wasn't going to write anything i just gave 1 star and left but staff had audacity to write everything about my stay publicly in comments so here you go.

You don't need to get a mortgage to find a good hotel in London! Here you will get a spacious and clean room, good bedding and a good shower as well as a friendly and efficient service. Plus an excellent selection of coffees in the room. Will go back.

The hotel staff went through my bags and stole an expensive bottle of perfume out of it.When confronted about it they claimed they investigated and covered themselves.Terribly disappointed, I was there for merely 3 nights and lost 375£ due to the theft. I will be informing the police,Avoid at all costs.

stayed for two nights with my son - clean rooms, nice location (central London / Thames sightseeing) within walking distance unless you're footsore, staff are nice and supportive. Reasonably priced, too, given the context of this being located in Central London,All good, breakfast might be improved on though ...

Our room was clean and spacious, and the location of the hotel is right in the middle of everything. It’s close to Great Portland station and to Regents and Oxford street, and its a great area. The staff was great and assisted us with whatever we needed. Highly recommend this place! You can hear the tube trains passing, but it didnt bother us at all. I don’t recommend taking breakfast, its basically just a goodybag with juice and a butter croissant. Not worth it.

Small boutique hotel opposite BBC. Very clean and well presented. Gets an unusual amount of noise from the underground, though it didn't particularly bother me. Breakfast is terrible - they don't offer anything hot at all.. basically just croissant and a yoghurt
