A bit of a strange set up. This is an annexe to another hotel over the road, which has the reception. The room was small and cramped and the bed was quite uncomfortable. The bathroom was good. There was a safe box, but no fridge, which was not good as my partner has eye drops that should be kept refrigerated. Near to Victoria Coach Station, which was its saving grace.

Location is great!!! The toilet sits under the sink- you have to swivel your body to use it! 🤨 pillows are flat. The front desk guy was accommodating. You can drop your bags before checkin.

The rooms are very small, cannot rven open a luggage properly, stairs are small and staff won't help you carrying it up the stairs. If you want to leave your luggage at the reception it's 5£ per day, although room is clean and price is good considering it's in the middle of London. Can be noisy as windows are on the street and you can hear cars passing by. I would say it's ok for 1 or 2 nights considering the prices around.

The hotel has an excellent location for anyone who visiting the Westminster area. The room is extremely small (almost resembling a capsule hotel with a private WC included), but tidy. My only complaint is the mattress (I stayed in room 101): it has a pit in the middle of it! Once I laid down to sleep, I immediately sunk to hole the size of half my body! I had to sleep in the opposite side on the bed in order to get a bit of a flat(ish) surface under my back and, finally, have some rest. Please, check you mattresses and change them one every 2/3 years. IKEA has cheap quality mattresses. Your clients will thank you!

Nice hotel near Victoria station. Rooms are small but clean and modern. Lovely bathroom. A bit noisy because of the underground. Quite a good experience. Very nice lady who cleans and tidies your bedroom ! Good value. Will go back one day probably

Perfect for my one night stay. Don't get put by the temporary reception whilst the main one is being refurbished.||My basement room was really quiet. Very clean. Everything worked! …

This is a very basic hotel. We had a weekend of outings and this hotel was a good location. The facilities were clean but the room was so small. The reception area was a surprise as didn’t expect it to be so small and barely a reception to be honest. Friendly enough service though and was a reasonable price for what it is.

No iron available despite booking stating otherwise. When asked the reception, Mr Patel, he chose to be rude instead of understanding. No reception in the building, it is across the road.|Extremely small room but bearable for 1 night. |I wouldn’t stay here again.
