Great location for a hotel -- very close to Paddington. Looks like the hotel is in an old building which has been beautifully refurbished with a very nice design aesthetic. The room was small, but normal for London standards and the furnishings make good use of the space. I also appreciated the premium toiletries, tea and coffee (even if it was instant). My only slight disappointment was that they do not offer free breakfast to Marriott Platinum members.

The best thing about this hotel is the location. The room was quite small and the bed was only a double which was a surprise after the manager assured us it was a queen. Every day something happened—-a wake up call at 4 am that we didn’t ask for, a fire alarm going off and on for about twenty minutes again early in the morning, a very loud vent running all night during our last night. And the bed was incredibly hard and uncomfortable. I would score the staff higher because they were lovely. But the management needs to count in the score. It felt like no one was in charge. The location is amazing. But we won’t stay here again when we visit London.

Not a great Marriott experience. I don't need to be treated special, but they didn't explain anything about the hotel when I checked in, didn't tell me where the elevator was when I walked the wrong way away from the check-in desk and didn't welcome when I walked in and it wasn't obvious that the check-in wasn't a working table. Given all the hotels in the area, they aren't standing out. Rooms need full length mirrors and better lighting in the bathrooms.

I attempted to check in early at the front desk after confirming room availability, but the process was abruptly cancelled.Additionally, I was informed that the facilities (gym, health club) require an extra fee.The mattress in my room was heavily worn and curved and I woke up in back & neck pain. Most of the staff I encountered were trainees still learning basic procedures, although they were extremely nice.I only stayed for one night and will not choose Inhabit Hotels for future stays.

I booked/paid for a room with a queen bed...I got a full bed. Anytime I opened the shower door, I was hit with the smell of sulfur coming from the drain. There's no way the cleaning staff didn't smell the same thing everyday when refreshing the room. I don't mind a tiny room in a nice area, but the quality is just bad.The same guy told me 3 days in a row I only had one breakfast included with my room. All 3 days he checked with reception and realized I had paid for two people. Not intelligent or service oriented staff. Won't be back.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was a disappointing experience. The bed was extremely uncomfortable—the worst I’ve ever slept in. The springs were noisy, and I could feel the wires poking into my back. The pillows were also of poor quality, offering no support or comfort. While the reception staff were friendly and helpful, unfortunately, everything about the room itself was subpar. I would not recommend this hotel based on the in-room experience.

Overall I don’t think this hotel is worth staying at, they overcharged our card by “mistake”, some of the staff during breakfast are very rude. The rooms are nice if you take the queen suit otherwise it is very small, and the bathroom is not ventilated which very strong scented perfume can get stuffy.Overall the hotel was suppose to be quit and nice, however our experience was the opposite. The issues and mistakes that we encountered are not acceptable, especially when we are staying at a 4 start hotel !Two weeks passed still did not get my money back, and no one is responding to my emails what is this behavior!!!

My cousin and I stayed a couple nights here and absolutely loved it. Our stay came with breakfast and it wasn’t the typical one we get in the states. The foods and services were really great, so we decided to had dinner the last night too. We loved the vegetarian/ vegan friendly options. Hotel staff were helpful and pleasant. The room was a bit small, but it’s the same in NYC so I guess I knew what to expect. The location was excellent for what we wanted to see with easy access to public transportation. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a review of the spa only, I was not a hotel guest. My cousin and I wanted to get massages before our long flight home. When we got to the hotel, we informed the bellhop that we were there for the spa and could they please hold our suitcases. He said he "didn't know if they did that, and he would have to check." After being shown the wrong place to go, they did end up holding our bags. We then headed to the basement where the spa is. There is no desk or place to check in, the "spa" is just a few rooms off of a hallway. We stood around waiting for about 10 minutes until I went back up to the main desk and asked where our therapists were. I was told "she was just up here looking for you." I went back to wait in the basement and came across one of our therapists but was informed the other was running late. We did eventually get started about 10 minutes late. One treatment room is very nice, the other is incredibly small and barely has enough room for the therapist to move around the table. There is no music being played in it, so I could hear every time someone walked by and scanned their badge to get into a locked room. We also had the sauna and salt room booked for afterwards. It is not a true salt room, just some salt block panels in the side walls but the heated bench felt nice at least. My massage felt great, but the experience was not. This whole spa setup feels like an afterthought and the communication was very lacking.

Great little hotel! The staff were excellent - they graciously accommodated my request to check in early, and were very attentive overall. The hotel is conveniently located next to Paddington station and is in a very scenic neighbourhood. My only complaints are that the beds are on the firmer side and the bathroom sink was incredibly small and awkward to use when washing one’s face.
