Staff were nice and friendly and I have no complaints where they’re concerned. The hotel is placed on a nice quiet street so there’s no noise coming in during the night, it’s also placed very close to a few underground stations. We were visiting the royal Albert hall which was only 15 minutes away walking (sadly an hour back due to Hyde park gates being closed)Room was very small but not a problem as we were only there for one night and only really needed a bed to sleep in.Air con was noisy and delivered a lovely blast of hot air despite it being a warm night and being turned down to its minimum (19c) luckily the window opened so I could at least get some cool air in that way.My shower randomly started dripping multiple times during the night and then stopped, however when I actually chose to get water out of my shower the pressure was amazing, probably the best shower I’ve ever had in a hotel.Overall this is a hotel that does the job of providing a bed to sleep in but I wouldn’t want to stay here more than 1 night and definitely not in the height of summer.

Just had an overnight stay at the hotel and I was really pleased . The staff are exceptional ,nothing was too much trouble ,I was asked if I needed anything rather than having to approach them. My room was absolutely spotless and included a few toiletries ,tea /coffee making facilities and useful items like an iron. The location was ideal for me as I was attending an event at Hyde park and the park was a five minute walk as were 2 underground stations. I was travelling solo so this was a plus for me. Would stay here again and recommend to anyone.

Had to stay in this hotel for 3 nights. Paid a good amount for two but received the minimum of everything. First of all elevator was not working, and I have a health condition that needs to avoid using the stairs. Secondly the inside corridor and room was (Okay) .. small tiny room it’s either you or the bag!! Bed is mentioned for two , I’ve seen one a half person? Couldn’t get enough sleep due to bed size. Bathroom was below average of cleanliness.. many black spots, smell was not that much .. i feel like the place is old. Sorry to say that I won’t recommend it all for anyone, look for somewhere else!

The location is a convenient 5 minute walk away from the underground stop.Checking in and out was an easy process and the staff were eager to hear feedback, which was all positive for us.The bathroom was spotless and everything worked as it should. Bed was comfortable but the pillows were too soft, still had a good night though.

3-night-stay end of sept 2024 : NOT TO BE RECOMMENDED and NOT WORTH THE PRICE and the 4 STARS !!! Despite a nice team, very small rooms and corridors, lift disabled, poor breakfast options and quality, the mattress was broken (see pictures). Except the reception, the entire hotel is old fashion and would need a serious renovation.

Had a lovely stay in a triple room at this hotel, it was recently renovated so everything's new and updated. The amenities are amazing and there were free biscoff biscuits and twinging tea bags provided. There are even 2 air cons in the room. Room is clean and tidy. Staff are friendly and helpful. Downside is that there are few steps inside the room and maybe a concern if you have heavy luggage. Our room is also on the ground floor so you can hear footsteps sometimes, but it wasn't loud enough to disturb our sleep. Overall the room is of great value and would recommend staying in this hotel.

Spent a full week here last autumn.Cons:- it felt like the rooms had zero acoustic isolation and it was quite noisyPros:- very central with Hyde Park around the corner, two metro stations within 50 meters radius- very engaged hosts - we didn't expect this exceptional hospitalitly in such a big, crowded city- our room was comfortable and cleanGreat place for a reasonable price!

We had a lovely stay at the Hyde Park International in March 2024. We stayed overnight on a Saturday. We were welcomed by a doorman who held the door open for us. What an entrance! The reception area was smart and smelt lovely and clean.Check in was very quickOur room 007 was small for 3 people but was clean and warm. My single bed was very comfortable but friends said the double was too soft and uncomfortable for them. The bathroom was great with plenty of toiletries and towels. It was very peaceful in the room and there was very little traffic noise. We had a very noisy hotel in central London last year so this was much better! The hotel is very close to two tube stops and plenty of bars, shops and restaurants. I would recommend and would likely come back again as the price for the room was very reasonable.

Poor customer service.Lift was out of service. And they gave room which is already occupied. And tonsolve their mistake. They put me in 3rd floor and that's it.2nd day b2fore reaching my room I asked the reception to confirm my key is working and he confirmed and after reaching the room, they key wasn't working.9:30 AM they knocked the door asked me if I am checking out today.Even i hanged the "Don't disturb sign"A part fron the over priced rates the rooms are very small and service is so poor.
