If you don’t mind being allocated a lower ground floor compact room when you booked and paid for an executive room 2 months in advance directly on the hotel website and received confirmation of your booking, go ahead. If you don’t mind climbing in and out of the bed over your partner, the bed having been squeezed into the room with a shoehorn, go ahead. If you don’t mind looking out of the window at people’s legs, go ahead. If you don’t mind a late, dishonest and aggressive reply to your complaint, go ahead. If you don’t mind being offered a £ 15 refund on a bill of £ 460, go ahead. If you don’t mind being considered as an idiot just good enough to pay, go ahead. If you don’t mind being upset with a strong feeling of being ripped off, go ahead.Otherwise, fly, fly away if you don’t need a bad experience. This hotel should be withdrawn from any booking platform, maybe as well as the other hotels of the group. The location is nice and there are many others around, in the same street.

Close to trains, clean, comfortable bed and pillows, medium-sized TV, Rituals toiletries and friendly staff. But this isn’t a 4-star hotel. It is a renovated Victorian house. 2 stars at best. Doesn’t have a minibar. The Internet was mostly unusable. The telephone doesn't work. And when I call them from my phone, either they don't pick up, or they turn it off. I can hear the street, the guests talking and every move they make, whether at 9 pm, 2 am, 4 am, 5 am or 6 am! I don’t even know what someone is doing awake at those hours, but they kept me awake, too. This is not worth 207€ per night.

Very good value for money in central London. Comfy bed, renovated bathroom with nice toiletries and thick towels. Tea is being replenished every day and it is very clean. Is it what I would expect from a normal 4* Hotel? Nope, no lift, no breakfast, no gym and staff that is more friendly than really knowledgeable. Also it being an old building makes it quite noisy despite double glazing. But since my company has a limited budget for business trips a ‘real’ 4* is out of reach and this is actually the best option I found so far after numerous attempts in London

Really nice hotel in a great location, very friendly staff, rooms were immaculate and had everything you need, tea coffee, biscuits, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, lovely rituals toiletries in bathroom. We were staying for 3 nights and did find the room small, however it was really nice.

There was no hot water at the hotel for when I stayed earlier this week. I was informed by Julia that I would receive a full refund for my stay but the hotel would only offer 10% as a ‘gesture of goodwill’, totally unacceptable and …

Great location on a quiet street just outside the hustle and bustle of London. You have Pimlico station on one end and Victoria on the other so getting around is very easy. The area was spacious for an economy room however the area around the bed was not very accessible for trying to get around to the other side. Some things I did note was there was no power point in the bathroom? The shower is also quite small which may bother some and the hot water does run out quickly. Upon checking out we did ask the women at the desk to call us a taxi which she seemed kinda annoyed by and more interested in standing out the front having her morning vape. All in all a great little hotel for a short stay in London.

I have seen some bad reviews, and maybe expectations were higher than they should be, however after a discount via booking provider I paid £117, and for that money yes it was a small room, but it was a nice room, very comfortable feel & bed, clean, and the hotel location was great for me as it’s not far from central Victoria. Service wise the only dealings I had was check in/out, but they were friendly and it was easy. Therefore for £117 in central London this has to be a 5/5.

Edited due to GM response:First i did this google review first, then copied to trip advisor, not the other way around. And you should’ve expected it anyway.. i have also reported this hotel to expedia for unprofessionalism the time and effort wasted.Be ware people if you see the GM’s response to most of negative review, they were all sarcastic apology.Second, moving location IS NOT an upgrade. Imagine if you NEED to be in location A, but they offered you to be in location C on THE DAY YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO CHECK IN. And they expect you to be happy with a ‘FREE BREAKFAST’.I also forgot to mention that when i called the property, they lied that a colleague had tried to contact me the day before twice. I WAS ALWAYS on my phone, there was no misscall, nor voicemails. And they could’ve texted or messaged me earlier if that’s the case instead of doing it on the day of the check in.You can tell how they manage this property from their management’s attitude.Be smart!———Don’t book! The hotel contacted me on THE DAY of the booking that they overbooked themselves and wanted to move me to another location far away. The only reason why i booked this lousy hotel despite all the bed review is because of its location, i HAD to be around that area.At the end expedia sorted out a refund, but i had to rush finding a new accommodation. Not to mention i was travelling with my 9 year old son! And they KNEW- i mentioned upon booking. To be honest it was kind of a blessing at the end that i didn’t have to stay there! We decided to spend £40 more per night and booked citizenM hotel, which was FANTASTIC!!Honestly, be kind with yourself and avoid this property. You live only once, avoid the stress they will give you.

Great room very comfortable bed, hot shower and excellent working aircon (not a given for this type of hotel in London).|Very friendly check in/out everything you need for a good nights sleep in the city. Location is great very short walk to Pimlico tube and easy walk to the river, Westminster etc.
