We stayed in one of their deluxe double rooms. The decor is of a high standard and very appealing. Everything you need is in there with a well designed layout and was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. We had the breakfast which was delicious and had a great variety of fresh continental and cooked options. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. The best thing for us was its location as we were visiting the Royal Albert Hall in the evening and there are loads of restaurants nearby to choose from. Everything is in easy walking distance.

A bull that greets you as you enter, fake grass and a magnetic board with letters to play with in the lift, this hotel was different to the norm!  …

We stayed here earlier in the week. It is a Lovely hotel in a great location and reasonably priced for what you get with a stay. Our room was tidy but cleaning could be better (clearly surfaces like the bedside tables, desk and bathroom worktop hadn’t been wiped well as there were marks) which meant we had to give it a wipe when we arrived. Rooms aren’t soundproof so there was quite a lot of noise from other rooms and corridor from 7-9am. The bar was lovely and we received a complimentary prosecco voucher - even better!! Would definitely recommend a stay here if visiting the local museums, shops or have a visit to the Royal Albert Hall planned!!

Great stay, the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are really nice of course the drop dead gorgeous suite with the hot tub is amazing.I’ve stayed here a few times now it’s actually really great value especially for the location. Also this is probably the first ever rainfall shower that I actually liked it’s literally like being in a storm.Overall great experience every time.Check the parking restrictions though. If staying during the week there is a paid car park a minute down the road.

The location of this hotel is really good and the decor is a bit on the quirky side. The staff is quite nice and helpful as well. ||In terms of the rooms, the deluxe double is tiny. …

The cocktail bar in the hotel is definitely worth a visit. I had a couple of expresso martinis probably the best I have ever tasted. They were expertly made by Elaina who gave us first class service. …

It’s a hotel with quirky character, which is delightful. The staff were exceptionally helpful. We stayed for over a week and everyone was extremely kind and accommodating. The room was small, which we were prepared for and did not mind. It was well appointed with everything you need including snacks and water each day. The bathroom was spacious. The location is great. We did not get breakfast so cannot comment. I would stay here again and recommend to friends.

Perfect location. Great room with a fab bathroom and nice toiletries. Comfortable bed and great breakfast. All the staff we met at the front desk, cleaning, bar and breakfast were very professional and polite. My only gripe if I'm being picky would be.... More environmentally friendly toiletries/ packaging in the bathrooms, and at breakfast there were baby bells and single butters etc that come wrapped in foil and plastic, these just arnt needed.Otherwise what a fabulous hotel at a fabulous price too. Thank you!
