Really nice place to stay , both clean and comfortable. Alison the hostess was very nice and friendly and met some other nice guests staying there in the hotel bar.|We will definitely return to this hotel.|Thanks Alison , Andy @ James.|P.s Saint Anne’s Old links is a must if you’re playing golf ⛳️

Thoroughly enjoyed our short stay, small friendly guest house, lovely breakfast, clean bedroom with en suite bathroom. We were out most of the time but the place is always nice to come back to. It's a short walk to the North Pier which is a bonus.

Fantastic weekend with brilliant staff in the bar was a laugh a minute with regulars would we stop again definitely been there a few times now and class them as good friends perfect weekend away , Alison is one in a million landlady , she couldn’t do enough for us both, rooms were spotless , breakfast was perfect

Just got back from a fantastic 2 night stay at rest and welcome the owners alison and john are fantastic hosts and a great laugh bar prices are very cheap room was clean and tidy bed was very comfy tea making facilities in the room are greatpoached eggs done to perfection good variety of cereal definitely will be returning

Really enjoyed my stay here and have already booked my return visit. Great central location. Host is friendly and professional. Rooms are clean and freshly decorated, as are the shower facilities. My single room included a comfortable single bed, a sink and mirror, digital TV, storage and tea & coffee making facilities. I used as digs whilst working in area. Great value for money. Feels at ease and secure.

Just spent a lovely few days in Blackpool with my boyfriend. This b&b is in brilliant location, close to the all the amenities. Rooms were clean and spacious and good value for money. Staff were accommodating and friendly.
