Room:To be honest, I was expecting a little different when I booked this room. I realise that I may not have read the reviews on booking carefully, but I (judging by the pictures on this site) thought the room would be bigger. I am not sure if my photos that I am attaching to this review fully reflect the actual size of the room. But believe me, the room was small. The bed is standing from wall to wall. However, the bed is quite wide and comfortable, which is welcome, but I'm not sure it would be suitable for tall people (above 175 cm). If you sleep with the window open, it is quite noisy (ambulances/police passing by). I loved having a fridge, hairdryer and iron! Also tea and coffee were available.Entrance for the hotel:Despite the fact that there is no reception and I never saw any of the staff, the system is automated. On the same day you check in, you receive an email with the code for the front door, your room details and the entry code for your room door. I didn't pay attention to the email I received and called the number listed on the booking website. I was answered very quickly and everything was explained to me. And yes, the entrance to the hotel is just a front door, behind it is a narrow corridor. When I saw the place for the first time, I was confused because I noticed only a cafe.Location:The location of the hotel is within walking distance of a Tesco Express grocery shop, as well as Victoria Metro station. Buckingham Palace is a 20 min walk along beautiful streets.Price:If you compare prices with other hotels in the city centre, this is one of the cheapest. I would certainly pay less for it, still the price of accommodation is overpriced in my opinion. But considering that London is an expensive city, it's ok.

We only stayed one night and were very happy with our room. It was small but had everything we needed. Tea and coffee making facilities. En-suite shower room with toiletries etc. Very clean all round and comfortable bed. …

Great location, only a few minutes from the Victoria station, close to many sights and shops. However, the entrance was not so easy to find, but a very friendly member of staff went out to meet me in the street. …

Ideal place for a short stay combined with visiting the city. Convenient location, and the room as described. Very tiny bathroom. Daily service only after showing willingness. A tiny staircase that could be a problem for people with large luggage. No reception, but the staff was inside at the set time. A great pub next to the hotel.

Good wee hotel. The hotel itself is hard to find as there is no sign for it, just '32A' written on a red door. The owner was friendly and welcoming. There is no reception desk or restaurant or anything just the rooms. The rooms themselves are small, but not uncomfortably so. They are snug, warm and clean. The kettle was a bit dirty, but other than that no other complaints. It was a great price and it has a very central location. I'd certainly go back to it next time I'm in London.

For the price we paid and the location, it was good. However we were in the basement room which was clean with a comfortable bed, but the hallway and few steps to the room were scruffy and need updating.I’m only giving 2 stars because my daughter left her iPhone charger in the room and contacted them. She said she would bank transfer the postage and packaging costs to have it returned, but they point blank refused. Not very good customer service.

A bit difficult to find as just a door off a street. Entrance a bit tired and stairs very steep. However the room was clean, comfortable and had all you would need for one night. The room we had was small but very quiet which was nice and unusual in central london. Very close to Victoria stations and walking distance to Westminster. Great location. Pub on the corner have great service and lovely food.

Where do i start.... The place was very hard to find as its only a small un signed door, then there is a very small staircase leading to the rooms so quite bad for large luggage, the bed covers where way to small for the bed, the room was quite cramped, the bed was rather uncomfortable way to hard, the shower was covered in grime and limescale, the plug in the sink was broken, the shower only had 2 setting really hot or freezing, the kettles lead was way to short to plug into the wall so had to put it on the floor to boil it and last but not least the walls are super thin so you can hear everything from the other rooms.I will say however the host was rather nice and there was shower products in the shower, the TV was a nice flat screen.... Thats about it.

Stayed one night here this week with my fiancé. Reception was inviting and quick to get us checked in and show us our room. Room itself isn't large, but space was adequate, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very clean and properly stocked.
