we were pleasantly surprised! The service is top. Everyone was very nice and friendly. The accommodation is beautifully designed and well equipped. The location of the houses in the middle of the park is of course just great. Breakfast and dinner were also great and an experience, especially outside opening hours.We felt very comfortable and can only recommend it.

This review is about the accommodations and not the fun park! We booked a lodge with two children for one night including half board. The evening buffet was rich. Great selection and something for everyone. Meat was freshly prepared on the indoor grill. Tip top. The accommodation is also very nicely decorated. A bit tight with two children, but doable for one night. The accommodation is fully air conditioned and there is also a refrigerator.

I stayed in one of the lodges for the first time for 2 days at Pentecost 2024. Everything was very clean and you could really spend your time relaxing. The breakfast buffet is great and can at least keep up with any 4-star hotel I have stayed in so far. Sometimes it's even better 🥰🥰. The dinner, which you could book additionally, is in no way inferior to the breakfast. There was a large selection of food, something for every taste👍👍. The staff is totally friendly and helpful. During the day you have the option between the animal park and the amusement park. There really is something for all ages here. The highlight is, among other things, the VIP safari. You are accompanied by very competent drivers and get a great insight into the animal world. You can even feed some animals. Really impressive 😍 😍 It definitely won't be the last revision. Another one is already being planned for this year. If you could give more than 5 stars, I would definitely give it. Thanks for the nice time.

The park is nice for the whole family. Although the attractions are more for children, driving through the park through the individual zones (lions, tigers, camels, elephants, giraffes, gazelles, etc.) is exciting for everyone. The petting zoo is very full of goats who are very hungry for food, so you should pay special attention to the small children when you go in. Otherwise, the goats really need to be cuddled, even if you don't bring in any food. The monkey train is also very exciting, where the monkeys can also be fed.

An outdated park, but great for small children. We like being there because even small children can ride almost anything. It's all more or less old, but I drove some of it myself 30 years ago. We can still recommend.

It is a great experience to spend the night directly at the monkey enclosure. Since the accommodations are relatively new, they are nice to look at. However, in our opinion they are overpriced. But you can see that when you book, so you know what you're getting into. The rooms are more like a hotel room, so there is no possibility of self-catering. However, we were able to get plates and cutlery from the restaurant upon request. Breakfast in the restaurant is included in the price. It is a rich buffet with something for every taste.Unfortunately, the service at the reception left something to be desired when we arrived. We had booked three accommodations with the request that they could be next to each other or close to each other (would have liked to sit together in the evening, which would only have been possible within the reach of the baby monitor). Over the phone they said it wasn't a problem. On site, the houses were at the other end of the resort. When we asked whether the request could not be taken into account, we were told that it could no longer be changed because everything was completely booked. However, there were still some accommodations available online and even when walking through the resort, some accommodations were obviously not occupied. That's a shame and we would definitely have expected a different service for the price. That's why there is a star deduction.However, we were subsequently apologized for this and were given tickets for our next stay. That in turn was a very nice contact and a very friendly gesture.We also left a chain behind, which was kindly sent to us free of charge!
