Luxurious rooms they are not, but they are clean and comfortable. Obviously, you don't come here for the hotel, you come here for the crafts, sport and activities and for the kids to make new friends whatever their age. It's a kids' nirvana. Great for spending quality time with your kids. Most activities the entire family can do together, whilst some activities e.g. pyrography, air pistols etc are age restricted. They constantly add new crafts, sports etc. so people come back for years/generations. This year we made felt frogs, various pottery items from bowls, money boxes to Christmas ornaments and garden ornaments. We did junior archery, darts, 5 a side, mosaics, indian block printing, volleyball, silver pendant, candle making and 10 pin bowling. Not to mention swimming everyday in the flume pool or slide pool. All in 6 days. There are toddler pools, soft play, playground, ride ons and Teddy making for the very little ones.

Now this review as two parts to it. I will tell which good first the good things .Now staff are very friendly and helpful. The HYDRO POOL IS Very good. Deep tissue massage with Scot was just the job he very good .Aromatherapy is just the job. The Adventure golf is great for all the family. There is lot crafts BUT check because you got pay a lot of money and there not enough time to finish it. The Archery is very good But there is not enough time to get into it you could need 1 hour to get into itNOW FOOD is good But the wife hadtwice hair in it report to manager but did say anything back to me.NEXT THIS IS NOT RIGHT if need book anything there is a lot of people selfish type people they book up a lot thinking and do think of others and find it's same one each day . There people that go into like ten bowling which should not be there. All ABOVE I WOULD give 2 STARS for this and IT NOT JUST ME A LOT OF People say this. The rooms are OK but they getting old now But you do stay in them so that's OK.
