We enjoyed our stay at the Glenwood Guest House for the week. Great facilities, lovely clean tidy room and certainly up-to-date. The breakfasts were enjoyable as well with a decent variety to choose from. Arthur and Tina were very approachable hosts too and were very helpful in giving advice and suggestions on what to do in the area. Would recommend to anyone who is looking to enjoy a break in the area, as for price you'll struggle to find better value for money.

At the end of a cul-de-sac this B&B is run by a lovely couple. The rooms are clean and comfortable and a nice touch is the bottle of water left on the bedside table.View from the room was over the town but high up that it was a nice one.Bed freshly made every day, not many places seem to do this these days.All in all would definitely stay again. One tip I will offer, book direct. I didn't and it worked out much more expensive.

Had a lovely stay at this wonderful guest house. Nice large and clean room with everything you needed. Love the fresh milk in the mini fridge, and all the toiletries in the shower room.Ā ā¦

The house is located just a walking distance from the train station, town proper and beach side. Stayed here for 2 nights and everything is great. Room is spacious and relaxing, breakfast is delicious (you can choose different varieties of yoghurts, cereals, fruits) plus ordered a full english breakfast. I was so full that I can't even breath! š
Had to leave early and Tina is so kind to make me a sandwich to bring for my 5-6 hours travel š„¹To Mary, Tina and Arthur, THANK YOU for being ever so kind and for welcoming me in Torquay. Best 2 days I ever had ā¤ļøLove, Glory from Hastings āŗļø

Stayed here for 3 nights, when we arrived Arthur came out to meet us,as we arrived early we wanted to leave car there and walk into town which was no problem at all,we came back later and Tina greeted us and told us all about the b&b andĀ ā¦

The Glenwood was a lovely, cosy stay over two days. The first impression was excellent, very clean, all the facilities you would want, clean and comfortable, excellent hosts and well-cooked breakfast to start the day. A very welcoming stay in a beautiful guest house. The rooms were comfortable with everything you could possibly need from drinks, a fan, toiletries, towels, TV and a wide choice for breakfast. Local to shops and the sea front. Ā ā¦

Fabulous place to stay, lovely owners and staff that are very welcoming and friendly, rooms lovely and cosy and very clean and comfortable, fridge is a nice touch with milk provided for your goodies, breakfasts are gorgeous and loads to choose from, great location, 15 minutes from the beach front, overall "fabulous" well recommended, šÆ!!! Fabulous , had a great stay here. Felt very relaxex and welcome. Tina and Arthur ( and mum) are great hosts, breakfast fabulius cooked as you like it, fantastic choice of fresh fruits and pastries as well as cooked breakie. Room lovely size light and airy and spotlessly clean, cant fault it thank you x
