We always return to this excellent waterfront hotel. Welcoming and cheerful reception crew. High standards and outstanding value for the current off season deal of three nights for the price of two. …

A lovely family-run hotel on the seafront. We stayed in room 7 which had a balcony and a lovely bay window with views of the sea/beach and Carpark opposite. The room was comfortable for two friends travelling together. …

Our twin room was light, airy and very comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were outstanding, beautifully prepared, fresh and delicious. The fish courses were so good and so plentiful. The hotel staff were brilliant. Four excellent nights, highly recommended!!

A warm welcome on arrival and allocated room 17. This was a lovely clean large room with a sea view as requested. Only downside to this room was a couple of small steps into bathroom.  …

Lovely hotel, staff brilliant, hotel right on seafrontThat's the good stuff now the buttsFood to spicy, breakfast was the best meal of the dayand filling.(my friend and I ended up with upset tummies one eveing)would of been nice to have good old fish and chips on the Friday,as most of my trips have done that.MY single room was like a box room.shower small, doors didn't close tight,hence...(no good for a disabled person).luckily my holiday companion was only couple doors down so i used hers.It was impossible to watch the television comfortably,as to where everything was aligned.I had no side table by side of bed.but surely the hotel could of supplied a pull out little table under the desk to where the television etc was...Good point was the bus stop is just round the corner, for days out,as tad to quiet as others have said no entertainment in eveing.Ill be going again to Devon but just notat the Bedford Hotel
