Would recommend visitors upgrade to a superior room, as standard rooms are too small for two people. The breakfast is very good, superb well cooked hot food, this we enjoyed. The staff were attentive and friendly.||There are no other facilities, as this is a bed and breakfast hotel only.

The service is top notch! I can tell that the staff really care about this place, the location is right in front of the beach. One thing that I do have to add is that the rooms seem to be slightly dated, which isn’t that big of a problem unless you’re there in summer with no AC in the rooms. Also found quite a bit of hair in our bed which we managed to get changed (the sheets not the room) - I don’t think the sheets weren’t changed, I think it was just hair that got embedded into the duvet cover during washing.

Great position facing south a few metres from the beach with sea view rooms having a fabulous view of the bay. Also a 5 minute flat walk from the town centre, marina and about 10 minutes from the train station. Also has plenty of parking close by (£6 per day).

Worst hotel now being refurbished but taking in clients! Breakfast is not included and some staff are rude. The hotel is a maze of staircases and it is difficult to find your room. Very expensive in spite of all this. Only good thing is the sea front!

Great location opposite the beach but only 8 or 9 minutes walk into town through the park/gardens.Manager was polite and friendly.Big heavy fire doors in the narrow corridors kept noise in the room to a minimum.Only breakfast available.Their is no restaurant or bar in use so be prepared to eat/drink out after your breakfast Enjoyed the breakfast,bacon was thick and tasty.Buffet style so eat what you like.Views outside great.Seagulls were a pain with the noise but I did have an unusable balcony room so they had somewhere to perch!Took advantage of the 3 night for 2 offer so paid £248 for 3 nights bed and breakfast for 2 of us.Bathroom was fairly new with a couple of faults,carpet in room was fresh down too.Mirror was dusty all over.The lift is very small and slow so be aware.Overall had a great stay but room for some improvement.
