Great place to stay! It's small but has everything you need, and it's clean. Our flight was late and then we had troubles with the train, so we ended up arriving late at night at the hostel (way after check-in time ended). We called them from the trainstation and explained the situation. They were very understanding and helpful. On wednesdays breakfast is an hour later than on weekdays. My sister and I forgot that and woke them up in the morning and again they were very nice and immediately prepared everything for us. We were probably the worst guests you could have, but they treated us like the nicest. :)

Booked a room for 3 nights. Entered card details. Received booking confirmation. Following day filled in the guest questionnaire. Half way through a 3.5hr journey to get there received a phone call from the "new owner" to tell me they were actually fully booked. Came up with some poor excuse about only being given access to the booking system that morning, leaving us with a decision as to whether to cancel our holiday and turn around or to carry on to Plymouth and try to find somewhere else at even shorter notice / inflated prices. Absolutely piss poor service.
