I’m in town on business, so I booked the room through the Travelodge website. All fine, I arrived at the hotel at 8:30pm on 17/10/24 and when I went to check in, I had to dodge a pallet trolley which was in front of reception, the smell of …

A cheap and cheerful room. Could do with some upgrades, IE plugs near the bed so phone could be plugged in.Main bed was comfortable but dry Sainsbury's the pullout was a bit scratchy, that is to say the sheets. Not sure when last changed? The only other reason the room dropped one star was that there were visible cobwebs.Otherwise this is a pleasant hotel.

Lovely stay this weekend, the staff were efficient, helpful and very friendly. Would recommend to anyone who wants a nice break. My room was very tidy, clean and kept on top of when my partner and I went out shopping, eating etc. Will be using this branch whenever we come to Plymouth!

Website and app could not accept any payment type although taking the room was no longer available after error with app/website. Customer service is a premium rate number and not allowed on my phone. Thankfully a member of staff let me use her phone after going there manually. Had to pay extra for booking by phone. Email address for support on app page bounced. Desktop fan was dirty. Two single beds not double. Supposed to be accessible room but very difficult to enter room by corridor. Door to room had a strong spring and not able to be used from a chair/ mobility scooter. Not a good experience. At least staff were friendly.

Fantastic staff there that helped immensely.However.. do not book your room via Google.. there's a computer glitch and when we arrived 'room was not booked.Head office not a great help and charged a lot for us to get a room there .The staff especially Nathan worked perilously to accommodate us.Big up to Plymouth Travelodge staff!

It was a wonderful stay, with very friendly staff and the hotel was clean and tidy.||The whole team was exceptional. We only met the lady and two gentlemen over our stay, but they were very friendly and professional. Plus helpful with guiding us on navigating the area.||We really appreciated it, so thank you.

This Travelodge was my first experience using their hotel service. Finding the hotel was a bit of a nightmare, although being that it's situated near Plymouth it's no surprise! Upon arrival I was greeted by the receptionist and had everything explained to me about how things work inside the Travelodge and was told that if I required anything else I could speak to the team and it would be sorted. After unpacking I noticed that my room window would not lock and explained this to the receptionist, to which it was quickly made note of to be fixed, although this did not quell my anxiety being that I was on the ground floor. The beds inside were nice and comfy and the room was very clean, I did find an issue with the shower as it was a small cubicle type design, but being 6'6" this is to be expected. Parking was plentiful at the hotel, and amenities were of good quality. If I needed to travel that way again I would use a Travelodge again.
