I joined my daughter for her birthday treat of an afternoon in the spa, afternoon tea and a facial. We had the most magical of times. The spa was beautiful and very serene. Our lunch was delicious - not that we could eat it all! The choice of teas - perfect. The staff were completely wonderful - full of smiles and so helpful. The jewel in the crown for me was my first ever facial which was carried out by Jasmine. I have facial eczema, and my skin has been very tricky for a while now.Jasmine carefully listened to my issues and, prior to starting, talked me through what was going to happen. It was a completely blissful experience. A few days later and my skin is still feeling wonderful and is glowing. I may become addicted to facials!I'm so very grateful to Jasmine and all the wonderful people at Boringdon for a truly fabulous afternoon.

My husband and I spent our wedding night here, and we cannot recommend Borringdon Hall Hotel enough. The staff were amazing! We felt very welcomed, and couldn't have asked for a better stay!We will definitely be coming back. The facilities were 5 star, the food was incredible and our room was immaculate. We even had a little wedding card left on our bed on arrival. Thank you! ❤️

Boringdon is a very nice hotel but our experience was more 4 than 5 star (except for the dinner which was exceptional in taste, presentation and service). …

We Can’t thank all the staff here enough. 1/08/24 I got engaged and from start to finish it was perfect, from the staff taking the stealth pictures, the restaurant staff with surprise treats, glasses of champagne, presents of gorgeous bouquet/chocolates and card, to our room being decorated with petals. The whole stay was incredible and we will definitely be returning very soon. I’m still an emotional happy wreck now 🥰

Booked a Calming Spa Break package here for our wedding anniversary. Although not cheap, in end we felt the price was justified and glad we went with the room upgrade to a wellness room because those rooms were just plain luxury.Everything in their all round game from the first welcome, to the room, to the SPA facilities, the treatment, the food was of a high standard and what you would fully expect at a 5 star hotel so I don't think we had much to complain about really (other than the dent in my bank balance). The staff went that extra mile to make our stay special. As well as making us feel welcomed, we appreciated all those little touches to make it known it was our wedding anniversary and gave it that "VIP" feel.

Definitely not a five star experience, when we arrived we were told we could not arrange any dinner at the hotel after 6pm, we then went to use the spa which was so busy and noisy they had obviously no limits to how many people they were …
