I went to the Cottage Inn for the eurovision viewing and it was a lovely experience! It was decorated for the occasion, and with a big TV with good speakers. The staff were lovely, (as were the other people attending). They even gave out some cakes! It is a nice, clean pub that I would definitely recommend.

Nice roast dinner, choice of meats plus vegetarian option. Smaller portions available. Very quick service. Three real ale pumps at the bar, none available when visited. Also, two of the three Brew Dog beers on tap not available. Overall, very good, recommended.

I'm sorry to say that Sunday lunch was disappointing. Food was ok but served on cold plates meant that the whole meal went cold quickly. The room didn't have any heating on and we didn't find the experience very welcoming. Not much choice of beers or wines.

Lovely home cooked pub lunch. Good quality and generous portions. Also nice to have a really good side salad rather than the usual afterthought. 2 main course & 2 soft drinks, just over &30, which we thought was great value. Would recommend.

Went for dinner on Tuesday, they had their chippy special menu on! The fish was cooked perfectly and the same with the sausages. The batter was light and crispy which was perfect and loads of chips! The curry sauce was lovely and flavourful.Would definitely recommend!

We went for the first time on Friday night with the intention of having a swift one while walking the dog. We ended up being the last people in there and having a meal which was absolutely delicious. Very friendly pub, both staff and customers. Will deffo recommend and will be returning very soon for the start of the new Sunday roasts.

Used to be my local many moons ago and so pleased that Tash and Jack are making such a go if it! We just need the regulars to support them. Great staff and food. If we don't support our locals ....we won't have them, so come on guys let's get down the pub again!
