Booked for a Hen do for 14 ladies. Absolutely perfect house for a big event where you want to spend time together! Every kind of amenity you could think of was available such a well equipped house. Hot tub was great. Had a pizza truck come one night which was perfect. Lots of parking spaces. Pictures do not do it justice - there is so much space. Perfect location for going into Stratford. Had an amazing weekend around. Great communication at all stages of booking - all questions were answered very quickly, Debbie was lovely and very informative at check in! Could not find a fault! Great house and great host! Would stay again!

We stayed here for our Birthdays in December 2020. It was a lovely break. However the house really needs a bit of tender loving care. The hot tub only worked on the one side, and it needed a new cover as it was falling apart. I sat on the sofa and there was a bad smell, found out a couple of days later it was the cushion, once removed the smell disappeared. I wouldn't book to go again until some updating to the property has been carried out. The upstairs was much better then the downstairs.

This place isn't too bad at all . Only a few small issues with the finish. Mega squeaky floorboards , poorly sealed bath, the odd plug socket is broken , the electric hob and oven takes hours to cook anything and the front door is draughty and bangs in the wind. Apart from all that it's well equipped and very nice and cosy. I suppose it all depends on how much you end up paying for it per week . All the cottages are like normal houses in standard bit a nice change from the norm

We stayed at Arden Hill Farm House for a family get together of 10 people, a mixture of adults and teenagers. The house was comfortable and well equipped, the hot tub and snooker room were particularly popular!

Really nice cottage we stayed in, stayed here now a couple of times. Nice and clean, great location. We stayed in the falstaff cottage. Paid roughly £300-£360 for 4 nights. Well worth the money. Theres plenty to do around the area and the location is ideal for quiet get aways for anyone wanting to relax.Defo would stay here again.
