We stayed here for 2 nights and were very impressed by the amenities in our double room. It was the most spacious double we stayed in throughout our trip, which meant we could really spread out and relax!Included in the room are 2 bottles of sparkling water, mint chocolate patties, and ginger biscuits, along with the usual tea selection. We thoroughly enjoyed the large bathroom, sink, and shower, with great water pressure and temperature. The staff were very courteous throughout our stay. Breakfast provided was tasty, generous, and varied. We easily walked to restaurants and sights around town within 10 minutes. Free parking for residents was just by the front door. Excellent value!

Two words. Anna Maria. Booked a king suite in the Apartment on our way north. The room exceeded our expectations with a fantastic view to Inverness castle. The suite was large and had very modern amenities and exuded Scottish charm. …

Stayed here last minute for work. No issues whatsoever. 5* service all round but particularly from the Egyptian waiter at dinner on the last night, unfortunately I didn't catch his name despite the laugh we had. …

Weren’t staying but had a family meal for 9, ages from 60’s to 6 months. The meals without exception were delicious and filling, and we all agreed it was the best dining experience for a long time.  …

Ordered a sirloin steak, medium rear. It came out close to well done and looked like it was boiled in water. Furthermore the service was terrible. The waiter got visibly agitated with us when we politely asked if we could split the bill, and made a whole scene. Wouldn't recommend this place.

Repeat guests! My family stayed at the Redcliffe on two separate occasions in April/May 2024 during a vacation in Scotland. We loved the Redcliffe. The location was close to city centre, but quieter. …

We were given a subterranean room that looked up onto the patio at ground level. It was quite damp. So much so that our towels from our night time shower were still damp/wet the next night after dinner. I asked for fresh towels. …

Went for dinner after a lack luster dinner the night before at a different restaurant. The service was excellent, as was the food. Young and old enjoyed themselves along with the view and quieter setting from downtown area out hotel was in.
