I stayed here for one night, the staff are very warm and welcoming, super attentive. The food is lovely and the warms are clean and cozy. They have a little trust bar with a warm lounge, beautiful views of the water front.I actually left my Apple Watch behind after my stay, they rang to let us know which was really kind of them.I’d highly recommend staying here, it’s a great stop when traversing the NC500!

Review is only for the restaurant. Pricey, but well worth it; probably the best meal we’ve had so far in Scotland. All locally-sourced seafood and high quality ingredients, well-prepared, with an excellent wine list. Good kid’s menu. Amazing view - we saw seals and the manager said a few days prior there had been a pod of 30 dolphins.

Stunning hotel. The location is beautiful, seals can be seen in the loch and there is a boat tour available right from the jetty of the hotel. The rooms were warm and comfortable, nicely decorated and spotlessly clean, perhaps just missing some little touches that would make it five stars.Aside from the location the stand out here was the restaurant. The food was the best meal we had during a tour of the Highlands by some margin and the restaurant has breathtaking views over the loch.Highly recommended. The staff were friendly and accommodating but oddly there was no ‘check back’ to see if your meal was ok during the service, which is unusual at this quality and price point but there was nothing to repost in any event, the food was knockout!Stunning place to stay with nice rooms and a wonderful food options.Highly recommended.

"The hotel, staff, and location were amazing. We stayed for 3 nights, which was perfect. The staff was friendly and professional, and the location had stunning views. The hotel is pet-friendly and has plenty of parking. The menu, drinks, and food were of a very high standard. There are lots of walking opportunities and nearby locations to visit. Definitely worth a stay!"

The hotel is in a nice location but is really expensive for such a tiny room. It needs a bit of attention to the decor and check-out took a bit longer than it should have done. Dinner options were good but again a little over priced but with no alternatives nearby they have a captive audience.
