I don't know if people are being fair in the reviews. This is a budget hotel, and it makes no pretenses otherwise. …

Location is perfect, it is literally city centre! For the price is the perfect ambiance and i love the team at the reception! But additionally i would love to see the amenity items (such tooth set) in the bathroom. For 1-2 days stay is a very good place! The beds are comfortable, I slept like baby! Thanks for everything!

Everything with my experience was good, the room I stayed in was clean and perfect in size for me traveling solo. The location of the hotel is perfect to get around smoothly both to the city center and west end with the subway very close. Friendly and nice staff.

You get what you pay for. The rooms are perfectly fine for a few nights. The shower lacked pressure and the curtain didn't really hold the water in, otherwise it was good. The staff was really helpful and friendly. Because the elevator didn't work we didn't have to pay early check in and luggage deposit fees, thanks.

Bed is comfortable. Being easy hotel they have designed it like easy jet so the bathroom is like an airplane bathroom. Blind blocks out light. Did need ear plugs because of guest speaking very loud. Service is good. Over nice stay and nice location. Get what you pay for.

Budget hotel at a great price and a great location. There’s fantastic eateries and cafés near and literally below the hotel. It definitely fits a minimalist’s taste and budget but the room was cozy with modern thermostat and lights and the bathroom was nice for the price. The bed cover wasn’t the cleanest, but I didn’t have much worries about it and slept like a baby. I do wish the elevator/lift was working, and a little table in the room would have been great to put drinks, snacks and my phone, but the service was great. Really friendly and helpful people. I’d stay here again!

Well, let’s see. The stairs are battered, cold, and cheerless. The room, also paint-chipped and shabby, has no chair, no phone, no desk, no room for more than a cabin bag, and no window; it’s distressingly claustrophobic. There is no discernible soundproofing. The loo was not cleaned after the previous guest (yikes). The rickety plastic bathroom is so tiny that you can’t turn around between sink and shower. Sink: the hot water has an alarmingly sulphurous smell, and the cold water tastes like death. Shower: all the strength of a watering can; the clinging cloth curtain detaches from its rings at the lightest touch. The TV remote is smeared with nameless greases, and the TV takes no orders from it. I was blessed with pitch black smear-stains on my “fresh” bath mat, and it took two separate complaints to get my room cleaned at all. Oh, and, in this four-floor hotel, the lift has now been out of service for a full EIGHT DAYS.Yuck. This isn’t “budget”, this is slovenly and nasty. Spare yourselves.

Great location, room was clean and modern but not being able to open the window was a big no for me, and because of this there was a fan running all night long that was supper loud. I put off complaining for ages because I was on the top floor and the lift was broken, when I did complain i was just told “oh yeah that room is pretty loud” I think next time I’d pay the extra fiver for the double tree across the road with the swimming pool. Check out time was super early too at 10am oh and the shower flooded the bedroom

Nice staff. Horrible smell in room. Small for price. Shower curtain falling off. Very little sound proofing. Woken up two nights in a row by very loud sex noises. Wouldn’t recommend.
