I highly recommend holidaying at Moatville Lower in the idealic town of Cupar. You are guaranteed a comfortable, clean, and quiet stay. A lovely well maintained garden with many beautiful flowers and visiting birds provides a most tranquill setting. Many amenities and personal touches were provided such as milk, bread, and cereals. Liana the owner is a very attentive and charming hostess. Moatville Lower simply ticks all the boxes for a relaxing holiday.

My family came over from Ireland to visit me and stayed at Upper Moatville. The property is beautiful and has everything you need / could think of. The kitchen was stocked with milk, biscuits, cereal, tea/coffee and more. The bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner, shower gels and other toiletries. Liana has thought of everything when it comes to staying here and is happy to help with anything you might need. It was a real treat for my family to stay here, would definitely recommend.

Simply stunning! Liana is amazing, kind and she has wonderful communication with the guests. I would highly recommend if you would like to stay in Scotland for some time. The surroundings of the accommodation are truly magical. Thank you thousand times!

Lower Moatville is a lovely property conveniently situated near shops and close to rail station. I have been there quite few times over the past two-three years and I love how comfortable each time I felt. I travel often for work and I can guarantee that it is not easy to feel "at home" when you are away from your house. I can only appreciate every time how much attention Liana, the owner, puts into every detail. She looks after her guests and is always there for you, if you ever need her. The house is fully equipped with everything you might need during your stay. (I was so surprised she even recently added a new coffee machine and air fryer.) The kitchen is also fully packed with a convenient selection of cereals and breakfast options, as well as sweet treats that tempt me every time! The garden seems even more lovely now, with a summerhouse and plenty of space to enjoy during the sunny days. If you are looking for a place to stay in the area, I definitely recommend it.

An excellent house/hotel to stay in. The rooms are quirky and beautiful. There is everything and more that you would need and on your stay. Liana was very helpful and even left some lovely, Easter chocolate treats. I would definitely recommend this accommodation. It’s near to many great places to visit in Scotland, has a beautiful sun house in the well kept garden, really comfy rooms and beds, is very clean and inviting and is roomy and relaxing. I will definitely be going back x

Lower Moatville was a total delight for my visits to Cupar. I stayed there twice and my third booking was cancelled (pandemic). It is a stone's throw to a grocery store and otherwise centrally located to the downtown area. Liana, the owner, is gracious, accommodating and prepares for your stay with the utmost detail. The price is fair and the house is cozy and fully equipped. I never stayed in the upstairs apartment (Upper Moatville) but I did walk through it. This place is ideal for a lmultiple family get together. And the garden....:Liana takes great pride in making the surroundings inviting and charming.I recommended Moatville to family who stayed there and were equally impressed. Liana is the BEST and Moatville reflects that.

Another fantastic stay at upper Moatville this weekend. I have been staying in Liana's properties in Cupar for several years. They are always immaculate, cosy and full of everything you need in self catered stay. Liana is a really helpful, friendly accomodating host. Five stars!

Moatville is a lovely flat, warm and spacious, very nicely decorated and fitted out. I had some family members staying there on a recent visit to the area. In terms of price, it's at the posh end of the market, but you get what you pay for and what you get is excellent. It is also ideally located very close to the centre of Cupar, yet secluded, quiet and with easy to access private parking. It even has a beautiful garden that the host maintains, and is available for guests to relax in.

I stayed in the 3 apartment above its big everything u need if u have a family or stay with friends, Leiana the host is wonderful she can't do enough for u, beautiful garden to sit out in, bar-be-que if u want to, sun house to sit out in, co-op 2 min walk plenty to c and do I would recommend to anyone I give 100 stars to liana and her place thank you we had a great holiday
