In January we requested a room by phone and email and received confirmation in writing. Today, after 460km of travel, we stood in front of a locked door and were told on the phone that no one was in the house and no one was coming. Thanks for nothing.

A small, personal guesthouse in a prime location right on the river. Parking directly opposite. The room on the second floor was modern, as was the bathroom. The furniture was very good, as were the mattresses. The very nice and friendly landlady looked after you immediately. The breakfast was varied and very good. The price was also right and reasonable.

The only plus is that you can come by bike, which are, however, locked in the garden house. You do not have access to them, because the only keys are held by the owners of the pension and they are only given to you at checkout, which is strictly between 8-10 am, likewise, it is not possible to change the breakfast time to an earlier time. The owners are very unpleasant, they look like you are bothering them that you are staying there. The price is very high. If you have the opportunity, stay elsewhere.

We were given a very reserved welcome by the landlady, we were given a small room with a skylight and 2 separate beds. When we asked for a room with a double bed, we were told that everything was occupied. However, there were only 3 couples sitting at breakfast, all of whom confirmed the unfriendliness of the landlord couple. However, the room was clean and had the bare necessities. In my opinion NOT recommended!

Spending the weekend with friends in this Pangsion. Breakfast was ok.Rooms are too small and too expensive.Cleanliness went.My friends had their room downstairs next to the breakfast room with a connecting door to the breakfast room, which was of course locked, but when you're still asleep the guests rattle the dishes and that's not possible.To which she, at the breakfast room which is open. Walking past everyone to the bathroom is not a situation.The room below is in an unacceptable condition.Pangsion is not recommended.

We booked the room because we wanted to meet friends who were staying at the Arthotel.We booked a double room as a married couple and were given a small room under the roof with a skylight and 2 separate beds with very uncomfortable pillows (flat and large). There was still a double room available next door, which we would have liked to have taken. But we were only told that it was already taken.The next morning at 8.45 we left the house to have breakfast with our friends as announced. We were called out as we passed by, telling us to leave the room by 10 a.m. The website states departure by 11 a.m.At 10:15 a.m. the landlord came to the Arthotel in person to point out to us very rudely and loudly, shaking his head, in front of all the guests present, that he had to personally drive 250 km somewhere today, and how do we imagine that? We would have to leave the room immediately.We found this behavior extremely unprofessional and outrageous at the same time.The house is also very noisy.The only plus point: a nice, spacious bathroom (shower)Never again!!!
