Fabulous cottage in a great location for visiting the East Neuk of Fife. This was our second stay at Braeview having stayed in September last year too. The cottage is very cosy and a great place to relax after exploring the area and coastal walks. Excellent shower and very comfortable bed. Nick is a great host and around if you need him. Highly recommended.

Everything at Braeside has been carefully thought out to provide a delightful, cosy and stylish retreat. We stayed during a very cold week in January and it was a delight to walk into a lovely, warm cottage at the end of a day's walking. The log burner was an added bonus. The mezzanine bedroom is very comfortable. Everything needed is provided. The heated downstairs toilet/ cloakroom was the icing on the cake for drying coats and keeping shoes warm. We are planning our next return already.

We had the most delightful stay at Braeside Farm. The cottage was warm, comfortable and relaxing - just what we needed after a delayed flight. We were personally greeted by Nick, and the communication between the hosts was excellent. Upon entry to the cottage we were greeted by homemade tea loaf (which was delicious!) The cottage is very well equipped and has thoughtful touches throughout from board games to bath soaps. The cottage is in a great location for exploring the surrounding areas. We enjoyed lovely walks along the coastal path at Crail, and cocktails at theShoregate. Walks to Glendale waterfalls and West Lomond Hill Cairn. As well as exploring St Andrews. We will definitely be coming back.Thank you for the fantastic hospitality.

We had a great long weekend stay in February this year in the larger of the two cottages. Nick and Sophie are the perfect hosts and the cottage had everything we needed. The kids loved the chickens - I had to frisk my son when we were packing up to make sure he wasn't smuggling one home with us! My daughter loved the fitness room as well and made good use of it. We hope to visit again soon.

Our 2nd visit to Braeview Cottage, excellent accommodation in first class condition. The cottage is well equipped with quality finishing throughout. The Kitchen has everything you need to be self sufficient in producing full meals. The outdoor patio area is a very pleasant area for sitting with a drink and relaxing after a day exploring the close by coastal villages and attractions. We brought our bikes this time and toured round the East Neuk coastal area, roads were good and motor traffic well behaved. Nick & Sophie are very welcoming hosts and made our stay very comfortable. Looking forward to returning for a 3rd time to explore some of the nearby golf courses.

We have just had four very enjoyable and relaxing days at Eastburn.Nick and Sophie are great hosts and make you feel most welcome. The cottage was spotlessly clean and very well equipped for a comfortable stay. It's an ideal base for seeing what Fife has to offer. We look forward to returning next year with friendsThis is an update - June 2021The fact that we have just enjoyed our second visit speaks for itself. Our friends stayed in Braeview and we were in Eastburn as before. Both cottages were spotlessly clean, well equipped, extremely comfortable and Covid secure. We all would thoroughly recommend both properties.

Lovely clean, well maintained cottage in a beautiful rural setting. Owners on hand if needed but not intrusive. Cottage was well equipped, with all you need for a self catering holiday. Lots of lovely places nearby for visits and eating out.
