The staff was helpful and friendly. To get your room card you need to head to the bar next to the main entrance and speak to the staff as they are present in the bar.The room assigned to me was exquisite. The bathroom was clean, with comfortable lighting. My assigned room had two layers of doors, which allowed me to place my luggage in between and keep the germs away from my bed. There was an armchair in addition to that in front of the desk. A sufficient amount of hangers was also provided, which was good.

Bad service. Son ordered a meal, staff came across & told him there was none left of the meal he ordered. Gave him a refund & he had to re-order. His second choice was cold when it arrived. Table was cleared when we arrived, but not clean. Got the impression staff couldn't care less. Wouldn't recommend.

We visited Dunfermline to see a couple of gigs and stayed at this hotel. It's a Wetherspoons venue and so we were fairly sure what to expect. Some are better than others however and thankfully this is one of the better ones. …

Perfect for popping into when in The City. Breakfast is a great deal. Not the best food in the town, but it is good food for the price. Always had great and fast service.

Typical Spoons pub, good beers, good food and comfortable rooms. Cleaners start early though. They don't mind making a noise and get you out of your room, so don't expect a ly-in

Great wee hour on a visit to Dunfermline. Staff were brilliant, even brought a packet of crisps out to us as we were sat outside !! Lovely pint of Doom Bar and Kopparberg too. Well worth a visit if you're in the area.

This hotel is part of a Wetherspoons pub. There is a separate reception but was not manned. The rooms are large and clean and walk in shower and bathroom large and modern. The only issue we experienced was the noise from other venues which went on until 1am (Saturday evening) , but I guess that is to be expected as City Centre location.

Nice room, clean , good bed & pillows , great bathroom , good price , groovy ( yes Tim ) beers & well cooked ( not going cold like some Wetherspoons I could mention) food . Wifi is a bit ropey at times, and no one is on reception. You have to go to the bar ( which is a bit of a pain ) . Very good overall 👌🏻
