I stayed for four nights in a Premier Plus room and I had a great experience. The room had all the amenities you could ask for and it was incredibly spacious. It overlooked the Quays, so my room had a view of the water. The room and all of the general areas were immaculate and the bed was extremely comfortable. The reception staff were mostly friendly and very helpful. The location is great being close to good transport links, a cinema and shopping mall, not to mention galleries and museums within walking distance. The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant but there is a Beefeater bar/restaurant only a few steps away and you can get meal deals if this takes your fancy. I will be going back there the next time I’m in Manchester.

I recently stayed at the Premier Inn Salford Quays and was very impressed, especially with the service provided by the night shift staff, Nicola and Emanuele. From the moment I checked in late at night, they made sure I felt welcome and taken care of. Nicola was extremely efficient, handling everything smoothly and answering all of my questions with a warm smile. Emanuele was equally attentive, ensuring the lobby was clean and comfortable and going out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed for a good night's sleep. The hotel itself is in a great location with easy access to Manchester’s main attractions, but it's the staff that truly makes the experience memorable. Thank you, Nicola and Emanuele, for the exceptional service – I'll definitely be staying here again!

5 star, great place to stay. Very quiet, you can see the man united ground from your room.Parking on site overnight for £8 with the discount code. Cheaper if you use the machine in between the hotel and beefeater- otherwise pay £11 on the app! Parking seemed well lot and secure. Staff helpful and rooms clean.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Premier Inn Salford Quays. The rooms were spacious, clean, and perfect for our little ones to relax after a day of exploring. The beds were super comfortable, and we all got a great night’s sleep. We want to give a special thanks to Nicola, who works the night shift. He was incredibly kind and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed, even late at night when the kids needed an extra blanket. His friendly attitude really made our stay special. We’ll definitely be back on our next visit to Manchester!

We stayed here for 2 nights in Sept. Great location with the Imperial War Museum and The Lowry on the doorstep and within easy reach of Manchester City Centre via the tram. Hotel nice and clean and friendly reception staff. We paid for breakfast which was in the pub next door. Lovely food and great service. The only thing I would say is don't pay for parking as soon as you park up like we did. There is a discount code available for Premier Inn customers, which you are not made aware off until you go into the hotel lobby.
