Salim and the rest of the staff were absolutely fantastic and made our stay! We were made to feel extremely welcome and are already looking at booking our next stay! Breakfast was outstanding, and the service was impeccable. The room was clean and had a unique modern design. The hotel had an extremely calm vibe, everywhere you went you felt comfortable and relaxed. The spa was lovely, and so relaxing. They have different flavoured waters for you daily. The hotel was an all round 5 star experience for us, we have stayed in many other 5 star hotels but the hospitality especially stood out to us with this one. Thank you again to the team at the Edwardian manchester!

Very nice place in Manchester with a BUT. Food for me is essential. And when it comes to food, unfortunately this hotel is like any other. The breakfast comes at a fairly high price (29£) in a nice location, whereas it’s not different from any other and more basic hotel. I’ve had breakfast twice, once in the room, once in the restaurant. Both times I wasn’t impressed at all for the price paid. Service is very friendly and supportive though which I think is worth mentioning as well. As it is the case in most hotels nowadays, no option to get fresh air into the rooms which is always a downer for me. The bath tub lost water in my case. Table in the room was a bit wobbly. I’ve paid around 400£ for two nights which I think - according to my experience overall - is somewhat around 60-80£ too much.

The receptionists and staff were all really nice but the room was a bit dated. Wish there was more tea in the room and more sugar, and some pen and paper too, but if you ask them they'll be alright to bring some to your door which I found welcoming. Breakfast was not worth the price (£14 for 2 small pancakes) but nonetheless a nice experience. location is great for spinningfields or chinatown, would recommend for short travels :)

One of the best hotel stays ever. The facilities are complete and comfortable and the staff displayed a professionalism above and beyond expectations. Front of house were especially considerate and helpful but all staff from restaurant to housekeeping were exceptional. Highly recommended

This was my 7th stay at the Edwardian and I was let down by the standards this time round. Stayed for 2 nights and usually I get checked in by 1pm but it was 3pm on the dot. The shower was overflowing and towel rail not working. …

Clean room & bathroom, super busy in the mornings. Absolutely no parking even for disabled/pregnant people which is a shame. Chef Amit in the restaurant made our stay 10/10 his service was phenomenal and made up for the poor customer service we had from the female receptionist.

A lovely stay at The Edwardian. The room was nice and clean, with all amenities needed for a weekend away. The general spaces were impressive, with great views across the city too.The pool facility was included in our booking, and this was a true delight. We went for an hour from 5-6pm and 9-10am and both slots were quite busy, but not unpleasantly so. Some guests didn't quite understand the vibe of the spa/pool/sauna space (one did a bomb into the pool), but they didn't stay long! Again there facilities were spotlessly clean, and well supplied. They had an accessible changing room which was a positive thing. The staff were helpful, and check in was nice and simple. Having arrived too early we were able to leave our bags with the concierge, which was handy. It's in a great location for visiting Manchester city centre, although parking options nearby are rather costly/poor.
