Terrible. The room was very cold and they would only turn on the central heating for a short period at night. Not even warm enough. Beds were dipped and very uncomfortable. Shower door bad and even the room lock was not working well. Just Terrible! Service not as advertised. Won't recommend this at all.

This was truly a terrible experience. Incredibly uncomfortable beds and pillows (our mattress was on the floor), the bathroom was very much shared and very much used, and it was incredibly noisy. Due to thin walls and floorboards, the other guests were incredibly noisy (which isn't the owners fault), but every footstep, vomiting, singing, dancing could be heard very loudly. This review wouldn't have been so bad, had we not paid £180 for this 'experience', which whilst much cheaper than other hotels near by, we wish we'd paid extra for a better experience and place. Positive note - our room itself was clean, but this wasn't enough to give this a positive review.

Noisy place. Creaking floor and staircase.Beds weren't bad. They were clean and comfy with nice pillows.Toilets weren't clean. Shower area was clogged.Room was feezing when we entered. Contacted the host and they said usually heating is turned on after 8pm. It was again switched off at 7am and it was difficult with 2 very young children.Free street parking. We would choose elsewhere when we visit Manchester next time.

IT WAS A NIGHTMAREFirst of all NO ONE OF US COULD GOT ASLEEP EVEN AN HOUR IN THE ALL NIGHT.None told me about how to acces the building or the wifi, I had to figure out.The mattress are the worst mattress ever, I dont understand how they can offer this mattress for their guests, we could feel every mattress spring in our back. The ceiling creaking feeling that the lamp was gonna fall down, I have video recordings as proof,You can feel and hear every single step of the persons walking upstairs.(in my case the family from upstairs were awake walking in their room till 7a.m)The walls are of plasterboard we could hear everything from the upstairs room. The curtains are of poor quality so the light come through easily and even from outside they can see you.Pay a little bit more and stay in Britannia hotel in city centre. For the price I didn't expect much but at least a place to get asleep and feel comfortable and not a nightmare.I hope this review would be helpful to improve this building and to be everyone aware.I wish I had seen a review like this one before and not had a nightmare.

This place is okay, it does the job. Rooms are clean and there’s a TV and a nice bathroom. The area around isn’t great but it’s easy to get around. The walls are paper thin though the people above us were incredibly loud not their own fault though, definitely bring earplugs for about 2 hours but in the morning it was just footsteps and talking keeping you up.

Very noisy house, even the steps on the upper floor are as audible as person next to you. Very disturbing for the person like me who is easily distracted by noise. Otherwise good room with big space, whasroom was just okay. Kitchen, laundry & iron there. Good environment overall.
