Actually the worst hostel I’ve ever stayed in especially for the price. The check in desk is at some shop and when I said is this where I can check in the guy just goes “um yeah sure” as if I was in the wrong place. The whole place smells of weed, is dirty and unclean. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting didn’t even use. Loud banging and noises all night. Do not recommend for anyone especially a female solo traveller.

The only reason I had booked this place is because I wasn't able to extend my stay at the previous hostel. As soon as you enter, it's a mini supermarket with the hostel section in the back. You open the backdoor to enter the hostel section is a very weird, unpleasant smell. My room was a bed in a 8 room dorm room, which was in the basement, with poor lighting, no windows/ventilation plus no lights or proper sockets in each bed.The toilets were very few for the amount of beds they are booking and they are not maintained at all.The common area is quite small with the kitchen being a makeshift corner with minimal items. All the guests I met there were complaining about the poor state of the hostel. The only good thing is the staff you were good. Other than that, do not recommend this place unless absolutely necessary.

I wouldn’t say this is worth more than £20 per night, it’s the worst hostel I’ve ever stayed in! Not clean at all, riddled with bed bugs, stinks. If I had a shower here I’m certain I would have left dirtier than when I started! As a place for putting your head down for 1 night, it does the job. But no more, do not stay here for more than 1 night and do not over pay!

The place isn’t proportionate to the price. The reception is a shop, the showers in the first floor is broken and when you just arrive all the place had a not nice smell. They not allowed me to let my luggage in the reception. Really need improve the cleaning in all the establishment.

Don't stay here. The whole place stinks, showers looked nasty, staff was incompetent. Price is a total rip-off, stayed in far nicer hostels in the UK for a better price.

The worst hostel I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve done travelling. I was unfortunately put in the basement floor because the other levels were full, fair enough. As soon as I walked into the room I smelt the worse body odour ever that I had to block my nose the whole time or use deodorant where I slept. There was no air circulation at all.The toilet smelt so bad and the bin in there was no joke full of pads of blood for periods that never got cleaned the four nights I stayed there. Also Showers barely worked, rubbish was left in random spots in dining room and there were holes in some walls.Location was the only good thing about it and was cheap than others but I wouldn’t even pay half what I paid for this place if I had to sleep in the basement floor.

Do not book this hostel under any circumstances. Unless you want to sleep with bedbugs or homeless people. I've stayed in nicer hostels in Mumbai and that was 20 years ago! Just go to the airport and sleep there or splash an extra £20 for an Airbnb.

Stayed here 3 times previously and never had an issue price is good place smells somewhat but is what it is.. if your using it to get your head down no complaints.. I'd seen the reviews but again just gave it ago.. today's the first time I've encountered bed bugs here and it's annoying as now I can sleep and feel slightly anxious about it all and im in a room alone so I've examined all the beds and there all riddledSo I'd just say be aware
