6 of us tayed for a night and booked 3 double rooms.Firstly, welcomed by security who directed us to the reception on first floor. At the reception we had a lovely greeting and they seemed genuinely interested in why we were staying. Took just a few minutes to book in and to advise about the stay and what we could expect from the hotel.Got to the room and it was very clean, simple layout and very comfortable bed. Free tea and coffee, soaps and clean towels. Shower was lovely and warm, plenty of power sockets for chargers.Went to restaurant and order the very reasonably priced light bites. Food was very nice, waited a short while but this was due to a large order before us and all food cooked to order so very happy to wait. Beers were nice and area was clean and tidy. The workers were again awesome and couldn't do enough for you.Overall, very good value for money and I will not hesitate to go back!

Absolutely huge room on the 4th floor. Excellently quiet which we were very surprised about being in the heart of the city (and straight opposite Picadilly gardens).|Lovely clean hotel throughout. Great staff, both on reception and security chap on the door in the evening.|Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here after a hen do (with other guests) and can't find fault.Room was immaculate with great facilities (even let us have more supplies when we stumbled in at midnight) and a really comfy bed. Only let down was a temperamental kettleStaff were so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was amazing too

I’ve stayed here a couple of times in recent weeks. It’s in a convenient location right in the centre of Manchester. It’s very cheap and rooms are clean, basic and functional. Despite being in a busy part of the city, both rooms I had were very quiet. Little food choice available at the bar, but what there was OK.

Excellent location and comfy room, reception staff were so friendly and welcoming, only thing that let it down slightly was house keeping knocking us up at just before 10 (we’d been to a concert the night before and were up really late and were very much so still passed out with an alarm set) when check out was 12 to abruptly ask “what time out?” before just walking off

We stayed on 14th August and we were really impressed. We were made very welcome at check in and our room was large with a great walk in shower. The bed was really comfortable and everywhere immaculately clean. We had breakfast which was excellent with plenty of choice, great fresh fruit salad and the hot food was really good. The staff were friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. All in all there seems to be a great team spirit in the place. Value for money and an ideal location.Would definitely stay again. Also thanks to Charlotte at check out who stored our bags for the day and it turns out she used to go to a hotel in Morecambe where I used to work! It's a small world!
