We had a great time staying here. Our hosts welcomed us, really enjoyed talking to us and helping us figure our trip all out. They were full of helpful info, the room was very clean, the location wonderful for walking everywhere. They knew we had attended the Taylor Swift concert and made it a point to ask about it. Breakfast was great! Enjoy!

Jo and Kieron are Super-Hosts! They will offer you a warm welcome to Inverness, can tell you the best places to go, have a small but delicious breakfast and are always kind and quite attentive. My room and bed was comfortable and I had everything you need during a 4-day-stay in Inverness. Walking to town is just 10 minutes. I definitely recommend it to others!

The location of the B&B is convenient for walking to Inverness but street parking is scarce. The room had a layout that had outlets nowhere near the tea kettle and the doors would stick and were difficult to lock. …

I can’t rave enough about this place. The owners are the nicest people and were so accommodating for me! The room was perfect for what I needed and the bed was so comfy I never wanted to leave it. They made great breakfast each morning. It wasn’t a bad walk to town at all. I had an early morning tour and they got up early to make me breakfast before hand and let me eat breakfast later every other day. Would easily stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay here and Jo and Keiron couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. The breakfasts were delicious, good choices and cooked perfectly. The rooms were clean and comfortable and a short walk from the centre of Inverness over the river. We would definitely recommend staying here if you want to feel at home!|

Angela and Derek were the loveliest of host (together with dog Bella). We had an amazing time and we felt very relaxed: they thought of every detail! The room was clean, lovely big bed, a great shower and bath. Even the details, e.g. whisky glasses, fresh biscuits and the tidying of the bed were superb.Loved the fact that we could 'choose and order' our breakfast: nothing goes to waste and we could choose what we liked. We didn't have haggis or black pudding before, but they tasted great.Together with some great local tips, for food, the weather, etc. and lovely conversations during breakfast made the time fly by. We almost checked out too late, because we kept on talking ;-)

Amazing bed and breakfast situated in just the right spot near Inverness' city center. My friend and I were absolutely in love with the room we stayed in, Myrtle (the couple's iconic black lab) coming to show us slippers just about every time we came back after some time out, Kieron & Jo's lovely hospitality, and an excellent breakfast every morning.

We stayed here for two nights and had a great experience. The breakfast food was high quality and prepared so well! The hosts were not only extremely kind but also incredibly helpful with suggesting places in town to eat, things to do, and just full of interesting information about Inverness and the Highlands. Overall, very nice people (with a great sense of humor) who made our visit fun & easy.
