One of the best B&B we ever had. It's our second stay here and it's still wonderful. Amazingly friendly hosts. The view from the rooms is gorgeous as are the rooms. Nothing is missing. Not even an umbrella for rainy days.

A wonderful 3 room Bed and Breakfast, situated on the backs of the Moray Firth, within walking distance of Chanonry Point for those loves if Dolphin's. Run by a lovely couple who are very happy to help. Would stay again.

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon in 2014, and loved it. The proprietor was very hospitable, the room was amazing and Fortrose is a wonderful town to call base. Highly recommended.

A very pleasant place, next to the shore of the Moray Firth bay where the River Ness also flows.A very calm place, with a quality well above average in terms of comfort, very comfortable rooms as well as the breakfasts served that could be personalized, with guests having the chance to choose from a wide list what they would like to have for eat.But in addition to the list there are many other foods available, the variety of fruits, yogurts and juices is far above average. In the locality, the restaurants there close at around 8:30 pm, but there are places open until later with takeaways. It is a 25-minute drive from the city of Inverness, a calm, very clean city with very good restaurants and pubs. The owners of the place welcome us as if we were members of the family, allowing us to enjoy the place with pleasure, both the internal spaces and the balconies or magnificent garden next to the river.I recommend the view... as I believe my words are limited to describe such a pleasant and peculiar place.
