Home from home. I stayed for two nights and absolutely loved the place. Spacious two rooms with a bathroom, comfortable double bed, couch, two TV sets, fridge, tea and coffee making facilities. Jackie is a pure gem, she looked after me very well. She is very welcoming, approachable and nothing is too much trouble. She cooked delicious breakfast for me that filled me up until late lunchtime. When I am in Sussex again, I will definitely book my stay here. I wholeheartedly recommend Martin’s B&B, it’s home from home, very quiet and safe.

I recently stayed at The Martins whilst waiting for my new property to be ready. For the 3 weeks of my stay it felt like home. Jacqui and Colin were very welcoming and accommodating. The accomodation was very comfortable, clean and cosy. Thank you both for making my stay so memorable. I will 100% be recommending The Martins to friends and family in the future.

Well what can I say about our fabulous time at the Martin’s. Jackie and Colin were the ultimate hosts and made our stay at this wonderful B&B an absolute pleasure. Having previously stayed in other B&Bs, this place really is a cut above the rest. I would happily stay here again and we would highly recommend it to anyone. Outstanding value for money. Thanks once again.

You stay in an annexe with its own its front door, sitting room, bedroom, and bathroom. Fridge and kettle with tea and coffee. Free parking. Jacqui and Colin are lovely people who provide a lovely place to stay with a great full English in the morning.Treat bad reviews on here as questionable.

My husband and I stayed here for two nights for a nearby wedding, we couldn't have been happier with our choice of B&B. Jackie and Colin were really welcoming and we immediately felt at home. The accommodation was spotless and extremely comfortable and the garden looks amazing. The only downside is that we only booked in for two nights, we wished we'd stayed longer. Definitely recommend.

Stayed here for an extended stay for work. During the Autumn and Winter, the rooms were very, very cold and there was a pervading smell of damp. The heating was not turned on, even when the temperature in the rooms was at 10 degrees C. The landlady made lots of complaints, particularly with regards to use of lights, use of hot water and my being allowed to have a bath. Guest privacy was not respected. Bathroom is cold, damp, dated and needs refurbishment; toilet broke 4 times during my stay and I had to fix it myself twice. Owner's cats were allowed into the guest rooms and there was cat hair on the carpets, towels and bed linen. Not suitable for those with allergies to pets. I did not have breakfast during my stay, though the full rate for bed and breakfast was charged during my stay. Would not recommend The Martin's BnB.

I've seen several reviews about this place and some are rubbish!!! The place was clean, tidy, bigger than I expected and was greeted with open arms and care. Jackie and Colin made sure I had everything I need for my stay going above and beyond for my requests I asked them for my stay. If I'm in the area I WILL DEFINITELY BE GOING BACK. Thank you again guys.😉

Simply the best b&b in the UK!!!Spotlessly clean, warm welcoming, spacious and a perfect breakfast. 3 large rooms, always consistently excellent.Really should be charging another 30% TBH (especially for Horsham prices)!!Only downside is that it's very popular with returning loyal customers, so book early!
