We absolutely love this place. We have just got home from a 5 night stay on Pitch 5. The peace and views are the best. Spotless facilities. There is so much walking to do from the site, and a pub at the bottom of the hill. Already booked for my birthday next Apri.

This site ticked all the boxes for us, which included fully service pitch, level hard standing, 16 amp electric, a modern toilet block and laundry facilities. The pitches were all totally separate and had fantastic views. …

Booked here for 3 nights and very impressed with the site. We were on Pitch 1 which had fantastic views across the South Downs and beyond.Facilities were modern and clean.Lovely and peaceful and the ideal place to get away from it all.We drove to the local pub ( White Horse) for a meal.It is walkable but only during daylight hours as no footpath.

Such a well run small and friendly site. Everything is kept clean and tidy. Large quiet pitches with nice country views, where you can relax and enjoy. Lovely to sit and watch the Kites and Buzzards and listen to the owls at night. Excellent walks straight into the forest direct from the site. So much to love.

Superb location and 5* facilities. Lovely little site perched on top of Bow Hill with amazing views to the coast & the South Downs. Very clean toilet / shower facilities and excellent level and fully serviced pitches. Lovely walks to local pubs through unspoilt countryside & woodlands. I would say this is as close to perfect that it gets.

Just returned from a 4 night stay at this fabulous campsite with 5 spacious fully serviced hard standing pitches. This site is situated in a beautiful location with lovely views. It’s very well kept with immaculate facilities. There’s some lovely walks in the local area so ideal if you’re a dog owner. Will definitely be back.

Such a beautiful and peaceful CL. Fantastic facilities with large fully serviced Hardstanding pitches, and wonderful views over the Downs with Portsmouth and the Isle of Wight clearly visible. Top notch free WiFi.We saw so much wildlife too… the red kites constantly fly overhead. The little toilet and shower room are kept in spotless condition (although never used ourselves as we use our own facilities). It’s a beautiful 30 minute walk over the Downs to the fabulous White Horse Inn at Chilgrove (do NOT walk along the road, the traffic is fast and there is no pathway). Lots to do in the area, particularly recommend the Weald and Downland living museum where you can spend a whole day exploring over 50 “rescued” buildings from as long ago as Saxon times. One thing that we were slightly disappointed in was that we never met the owners. It would have been nice to say hello.Highly recommended.

We have just returned from a 3 night stay at Bow Hill Farm. The location is excellent and views astounding. Our pitch (1) was huge and had 16 amp electric hook up, fresh water and grey waste. The WC and shower facilities are immaculate. One very slight negative is that there is only one radiator in the main entrance area and if the doors to the shower room and loos are closed between users those areas are cold. Perhaps a notice asking guests to leave the doors open after use would be a simple solution for this?We visited West Dean Gardens, Goodwood House for a tour and afternoon tea (available on a Sunday and Monday), also The Wealds & Downlands Museum. All are within a 10 minute drive and well worth a visit.

Loved this campsite, so quiet and peaceful and has so many walks that you can do from the campsite. Toilet block was always immaculate. Be sure to take a walk to the hare and hounds in Stoughton and take a bite to eat there.
