Never been let down. Still always a wee treat. Been three times to CF this year and another 4/5 Haven visits at other venues. Fantastic VFM and lovely units, sites and staff. Still enjoy exploring the region. …

Not a hotel, it's a Haven holiday park. Same the country over. But still great value off season. Let's be honest. You know what your going to get. Nice caravans in good surroundings, but entertainment is.... Well it's a night out. Good and safe for the kids with amusments. And happy times for the bingo people.

We have been coming here for a few years now and had (mostly) good experiences. This time round we had the misfortune to be next to a very noisy group who kept us awake until the early hours. …

Nice little Haven site in West Sussex! It could be bigger, it was lively and our caravan was located right at the far end of the site which the internet connection wasn't that great! The caravan gold itself was nice, clean and spacious! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only downside was the entertainment building which was small, I've been to the Hopton one and its twice the size. I am happy with the stay and it wasn't so bad either. Pagham is a small town where you cannot do anything at night! They have a beach and takes about 10 minutes walk from the holiday site. Will come back to stay there one day.

We had another really enjoyable stay. We would have given 5 stars but, the bathroom floor in our caravan was dirty and our 2yo nephew wasn't noticed by lifeguards in the pool when he was face down in the water. Fortunately we noticed this and after reporting it to site management they have installed screens next to the life guard post with a camera dedicated to the toddler pool. Matt, the archery and air rifle coach is incredible, he makes a fantastic effort to ensure that guests have an enjoyable time during these activities and is brilliant!!! Services across the site are well organised and staff are generally very helpful. We're already looking forward to staying again next year

On our first night, we discovered a full-blown bed bug infestation in our caravan, killing around 30 blood-filled bugs (see picture). After a miserable night, reception gave us a shocking choice: leave or stay with the bugs. Only after hours of washing, drying, and cleaning were we moved to another caravan.Offered a refund but still dissatisfied, we met with the Manager of Experience, Sam Goddard. Incredibly, Sam told us Haven’s policy is to send guests home—potentially with bed bugs in tow. He denied any responsibility, interrupted us, and even threatened to call security on us, despite my 75-year-old mother being with me.Our holiday was completely ruined by the bed bugs and the disgraceful behavior of management, who consistently evaded accountability. Weeks later, we’re still anxious about bringing the infestation home. Even head office has ignored the issue, directing us to Citizens Advice Bureau instead of taking responsibility. Absolutely shocking!Sleep tight—don’t let Haven’s bed bugs bite!

Been coming here for best part of 25 years with the kids but now visit with the wife. Last week I was given a check-in time of 5/6pm check-in and I remember years ago there used to be a reasonable time to check-in but last week I had to pay £10 for an early check-in at 2pm which should be standard. Where do Haven get a 5/6pm time for checking in I mean the day has gone and feel you've lost a day of your 3 day break. Absolute piss take taking £10 for a normal check-in time of 2pm. Not happy 😔.

Really enjoying our Haven holiday! Massive thanks to the entertainment team but especially Yasmin (we love Miss Holiday!) who has the best energy! So much fun and genuinely made every night special for everyone! She makes everyone smile 😆 Most other entertainment was good however the act tonight (female singer) was disappointing, derogatory comments made on stage about a staff member were unnecessary and embarrassing for the crowd, especially as they had tried hard to support an act , which quite frankly didn’t have the talent to deserve to be on stage performing. Her voice is unfortunately just not good enough! Mia smashed it last night and tonights singer just did not compare! Although we have seen bad reviews on the Mash and Barrel our experience so far has been positive with fairly price food served on time and tasty and enjoyable. Similar prices to chain pub prices. Drinks are overpriced but they know they have a captive audience! Shop, activity and door staff have been super friendly! Caravan clean and nice fittings! Grounds are kept neat and tidy! So far so good!!!

Great service and friendly staff handy bus outside as this was used mainly as a base rather than a holiday use,Couldn't despite speaking withe a staff member get the heating to work. There was a slightly colder night. Followed the instructions but to no avail.I did use the Bluetooth speaker system (it worked)! Unusual feature in a caravan but useful
